Ordered and paid a frontgrill, noticed it doesn't fit my model y, canceled the order minutes later and didn't get all of my money back. 11 bucks for shipping on something that never left their shop.
Never again.
Update:
Teslite refunded the rest of the money after they read my text and apologised for inconvenience.
I didn't expect that and I'm happy now.
Bought seal kit for model 3 Tesla. Followed instructions to the letter, cleaning areas first, using supplied cleaning kit etc. All areas are now failing, a complete waste of money.
Bought their Model Y ‘Premium Door Seal Kit’. Despite carefully cleaning and using the supplied activation agent prior to installing; the seals are all starting to peel away after just a few weeks.
Have emailed photos to Teslite support but no response.
Avoid.
Ordered from Teslite for first time after seeing a post in Facebook, ordered 4 items and 3 of the 4 were as described, however 4th - a Windshield Sun Shade Umbrella that was delivered was very different to one shown on their website.
The main difference being it did not fully cover the interior of the windshield making it not fit for purpose, other difference being it had a pull cord to open the umbrella whereas one shown on their website has a rotating pole so clearly a different product delivered to the one that was ordered.
Their refund / return policy does allow for a refund where it relates to a quality issue which I believe is the case here but after contacting them a few days ago I have not yet received any refund or return instruction which is disappointing :-(
