Zain was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Happy to answer all my questions, providing easily understandable answers.
In addition to the policy selected from Aviva (which was recommended from a number of sources, Zain confirned he would be the ongoing point of contact and would handle any claims on my behalf. He was also able to match ‘financial incentives’ offered by other brokers.

I have had Health Insurance for many years, but now retired, I find the charges reaching a point where I cannot continue. Being reluctant to withdrawing altogether, I sought advice from Aaron Jones, at Tessa Alliance, who I found most helpful. He understood my position, and carried out a whole market review, finding several reasonable options, which would meet my needs. I accepted a preferred option, and Arron dealt with everything including the closure of my existing scheme. I am happy that my needs have been met, and at reasonable cost. All the work was carried out by Arron, who I found very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Aron was quick to get to the point on different options, clear in his advice and efficient without being pushy. Whilst I of course hope not to need to make a claim ever I feel that if I did, Aron would be a good support in handling a claim for me.

I was guided through the selection of Health Insurance and I asked many questions, all of which Natasha talked through and explained patiently. Calls were returned as promised and on time. I was very impressed and would recommend to others.

I was impressed with the communication. Firstly I had a text saying they were going to call. When they did, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions, and giving me time afterwards to make an informed decision.
