We are sincerely sorry that your delivery experience was perceived negatively.

However, we would like to clarify an important point: your order was not declared as goods intended for commercial use or resale. As this was an international sale from a company to a customer, the shipment had to be accompanied by a commercial invoice, as required by standard customs procedures for international e-commerce purchases.

In our system, when a non-EU destination country is selected, the Italian VAT of 22% is automatically deducted from the product price. In your case, shipping was also free of charge. Therefore, TESSin did not collect or charge Italian VAT on the product.

The amounts requested upon delivery were not determined by TESSin, but by the customs authorities and/or the broker responsible for customs clearance in the destination country. These amounts may include duties, local import VAT and customs clearance fees, in accordance with the regulations of the importing country.

We understand the comparison with other international brands. However, some large companies may adopt different models, such as localised pricing for specific markets, DDP systems or landed costs already included in the final price, meaning that the customer does not see a separate charge upon delivery. This does not mean that duties or local taxes do not exist, but simply that they may be managed or presented differently during the purchasing process.

We understand that an additional cost at the time of delivery can be unpleasant, but the documentation was issued according to the correct procedure for an international sale. We remain available to provide any supporting documentation should you wish to request a formal review from the courier or the competent customs authorities.

ci dispiace sinceramente che l’esperienza di consegna sia stata percepita in modo negativo.

Desideriamo però chiarire un punto importante: il suo ordine non è stato dichiarato come merce destinata a uso commerciale o alla rivendita. Trattandosi di una vendita internazionale effettuata da un’azienda a un cliente, la spedizione deve essere accompagnata da una fattura commerciale, come previsto dalle normali procedure doganali per gli acquisti e-commerce internazionali.

Nel nostro sistema, quando viene selezionato un Paese di destinazione extra-UE, l’IVA italiana del 22% viene automaticamente detratta dal prezzo del prodotto. Nel suo caso, inoltre, la spedizione era gratuita. TESSin non ha quindi incassato né addebitato l’IVA italiana sul prodotto.

Gli importi richiesti alla consegna non sono stati determinati da TESSin, ma dalle autorità doganali e/o dal broker incaricato dello sdoganamento nel Paese di destinazione. Tali importi possono includere dazi, IVA locale di importazione e costi di sdoganamento, secondo la normativa del Paese importatore.

Comprendiamo il confronto con altri marchi internazionali. Tuttavia, alcune grandi aziende possono adottare modelli diversi, ad esempio prezzi localizzati per singolo mercato, sistemi DDP o landed costs già inclusi nel prezzo finale, per cui il cliente non vede un addebito separato alla consegna. Questo non significa che dazi o imposte locali non esistano, ma semplicemente che possono essere gestiti o presentati in modo diverso durante il processo di acquisto.

Comprendiamo che un costo aggiuntivo al momento della consegna possa risultare spiacevole, ma la documentazione è stata emessa secondo la procedura corretta per una vendita internazionale. Restiamo comunque disponibili a fornire eventuale documentazione di supporto qualora desiderasse richiedere una verifica formale al corriere o alle autorità doganali competenti.

comprendiamo il suo disappunto per il ritardo e ci dispiace per l’attesa.

Abbiamo verificato nuovamente la spedizione dei campioni: il pacco risulta in transito e, da ultimo aggiornamento, si trova in provincia di Caserta. Al momento risulta un lieve ritardo rispetto ai tempi standard di consegna (3–5 giorni lavorativi).

La invitiamo a contattarci direttamente tramite il sito o telefonicamente: in questo modo possiamo assisterla subito in modo puntuale e, se necessario, aprire una segnalazione al corriere.

Se la consegna non dovesse completarsi regolarmente, la seguiremo con la massima attenzione per trovare rapidamente la soluzione più corretta.

Rimaniamo a disposizione e ci auguriamo che possa ricevere i campioni al più presto.
