Results always back quickly, not expensive.

It was easy to do home test at your own comfort.

The experience was great. I received the test kit very quickly, the collection instructions were clear, and the results are quick too.

Don’t provide hard copy’s if you do the easy and discreet post method so the results are pretty useless for anything important like IVF treatment , fuming cost me £21 and can’t use them so I’m going to have to pay another company to do it

For the 2 time in 3 tests they have got it wrong and cost me money. First time they sent me simple blood test (which isn't what i was after) The next time they left it so long to test (13 days from postage to test) the blood it had congealed so they could'nt test it.
Useless....

We order a kit but team said it will not come until 5 wirking days.
We ask fir refund as we wanted emergency service however team keep playing games wgenever we call they keep saying wron date of birth wrong email wrong number everytime we call.
When it cimes to refund they don't want to give back fake service is provide Please dont trust them.
I fell like they are not real.

72 hrs is a joke twice now it's been 5 days

Slick operation all round, very easy to use

Error on server when trying to log in kn browser to get results.
Log in via phone better but when then go to download results nothing happens! I can't actually download my results at all.
Not good.

Having paid £45 for a standard test kit on 19th February, I was instead sent a basic test for Chlamydia and Syphilis only!
Of the two tests carried out, one was inconclusive and I was told to contact to arrange a replacement test. This I did, and also explained that the wrong test was carried out! Almost a week later I feel I have been totally ignored! With such poor public service it makes me question the validity of the tests / testing regime!

Still have not received my test kit after waiting a week. E-mailed them and they responded with wait a few more days, not even an apology. Seriously, I paid all this money for a quick and efficient service and yet haven’t even received my kit.
Now looking through the rest of these reviews i’m worried when i’ll even get results when i do finally receive my kit.

This place is a joke.

I found the collection tube for the blood sample to be hard to collect the blood in. The lip of the tube would not let very much blood inside so it pooled on the edge to the tubes lip and my hands where both covered in blood, otherwise the test kit was very easy and practical to use.

I am very happy with this test site. Nice and easy to order, test and track. I used other providers before much more expensive and worse service. I would definitely recomend this site and will be using again.

I needed DNA testing to prove my stepbrother, who I adopted when I was very young, was not my biological son. Long Sad Story..

He lives in another state. The appointments were made for us to go to a Lab Corp office in our state. Our picture and fingerprints were taken as well as drivers license and prof of residency a utility bill. Our DNA was taken.

The process followed a chain of command to ensure testing and data were correct.

I opted to pay for services that would stand up in court. I received notarized documents from Lab Corp with the results of the DNA testing.

Lab Corp is the largest lab company in the world used by most medical practices to diagnose disease and it is the reason I chose Test.me

This is a great company and I recommend them.
