The instructors were "real". They explained clearly what was required and ensured that we were comfortable with the testing before assessments. At no time did I feel pressured and we all shared laughs. The equipment used for training was appropriate and varied.

The course was awesome, started pretty punctual and had a great introduction. The course had great structure to it but also explained a lot of in-depth detail that one needs to know. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and gave very good answers and explanations to all the questions that were asked from all the student that were doing the course.
