This site/company is a SCAM

This site/company is a SCAM. Proofs:
1. They use a Gmail email address.
2. NO answer in live chat for THREE days after I contacted them multiple times
3. The download link is advertised 'available' immediately. NO, only the next day and NOTHING in the files.
4. I bought a book for college stuff. But this company sent me some files titled "questions and answer". And ALL of the Word files they sent me are CORRUPT!!!

The book should be in ONE PDF file. Not in more than ten corrupted Word files!!
I spent almost $25 on this scammer!!

I thought I was buying the book

I thought I was buying the book. Not answers to questions in the book. This wasn't real clear when I was ordering it. Also, no one ever responded to me for questions about a refund. I feel like they took my money and ran.
Wouldn't buy again.
