Easy to Schedule
It was so easy to schedule my appointment and the lab location was just 5 minutes away. My doctor refused to run the test I requested so I decided to have it done in my own. Everything tested normal but now I have peace of mind. Definitely recommend

I am delighted with the care I received at the Health Testing Center In Fayetteville, AR. Online registration was easy. I found an appointment time that was convenient for me. Signing in was a breeze. I was called back before my appointment time. In fact, I walked out before my appointment time. The staff was friendly and worked very efficiently.

Health Testing Centers made ordering my own tests easy and straightforward. I paid cash to avoid the insurance headache, but they do work with insurance as well.

Doctor was not available
I asked for a consult with a doctor. I had prepaid for this consult as part of my testing package.
The doctor would randomly call me. They gave me a four hour block, told to me with one seconds of notice (literally) that I had to clear my schedule to be available for this random call from the doctor.
I tried to make an appointment with the doctor, I made one, and then this never happened.
The doctor would also call me, in these random calls, when the call would not be confidential or HIPAA compliant as i was in public places.

I am disappointed to hear about your experience with this consultation. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal.
The physician consultation is complimentary. PWN works nationally with many companies such as ourselves to provide the consultations. Unfortunately with such a large number of customers to contact the doctors are not able to give an exact appointment time. Both Health testing Centers and PWN take every precaution to follow all HIPAA requirements and regulations. While I understand it is difficult to be available in a private setting on short notice, you being in a public space does not constitute a HIPAA violation.
Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner PWN. I look forward to hearing from you.
