Being a software tester for the past 7 plus years in one of the Largest MNC's in India, Testleaf has always been my ladder for my career. I learnt Selenium in the year 2016 and got chance to explore the other side of automation testing other than UFT in different projects. In the year 2021 got to know about SDET course in Testleaf. Right from the day 1 of knowing about it through the webinars conducted by Babu I was eagerly waiting to be a part of the course. Had technical assessments and interviews to get enrolled which shown me the importance of it that is going to move my career for a bigger leap. Yes, the 6 months of hard work as a team with the commitment of our great mentor Babu,Testleaf's expertise on current industry trend all helped to achieve the best which we have never thought of moving to product organization from service based

I am an alumni in Test leaf and got this gem of an opportunity to be in SDET program with Babu as coach. The whole journey by itself is amazing, just followed the instructions of my coach. Initially you will feel the heat as it focus more on DS and Algo. Over time you realize you become strong in programming, Automation, resume writing and network building. The entire interview process in product org is decoded in this program. After 5 months from the start, now I have multiple product orgs offer with handsome pay and you get help on choosing the right one as well. Don't have second thought if you get this opportunity.

Technical
Learnt Many things and improved a lot from technical side Compare to Previous .
Learnt DS Problems(Algorithm) how to solve and efficiently
Connection
Learnt how to connect with others for jobs etc.
Team Activity and learning
Due to Program , Learnt many things from Team Learning and cooperation and got good
idea for combination different thoughts for a particular thing . This helps a lot of the how to approach problems in different ways
Learnt many things from others mistake example: MOCK INTERVIEW and SPOT Problems

MOCK Interview
Based on listening in the mock Interview , Got a idea how to attack the interviewers from others failure(MOCK INTERVIEW)
Other Learnings
Hackkerrank Test helps a lot to improve the solve the problem in quickly in infornt of Interviewer (Initially faced Timing challenging after that Hackkerrank test improve a lot
Learnt the pattern each problem that helps a lot in front of the Interviewer to make good presentation

Motivation
Throughout the class got very good motivation
Planning
Got a idea about how to plan for learning and life from all perspective
Timings(Class)
Saturday and sunday for 4 hrs insteadof that every day 2 hrs will be good (from my side)

I have done my SDET training in Test Leaf, this course showed us a view on how better we can plan for our career growth, got to learn many new things like investing our time, Data Structure, DevOps etc .

my mentor was stretching his time on student's overlaps and was so accommodative, he made us to put our 100 percent effort. Who always made sure we are comfortable with the each and every concept.

my favourite part is test Leaf provided me the opportunity to build a career circle with my fellow students, who are from a different technical area. We could even contact each other after classes and we can share our knowledge among us. I must say that I had a chance to create a good environment.
