The employees at Test Me DNA are top notch. If you have any issues at all, I suggest that you call them and talk to one of the employees directly. They are quick to respond to emails but, emails are extremely unpersonable. The employees are very professional and business oriented. I requested through email to talk to a supervisor and was told to call back the next day and ask to speak with Heather. I had to explain over the phone about my horrid situation and Heather was very nice, super friendly and extremely helpful. Both Heather and Ryan are easygoing and very supportive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Again call and speak with an employee if you’re not able to resolve any issues. They are very good people and they are more than happy to find a solution to any issues you may have. I personally am dealing with paternity testing and ordered home kits. Right off the bat everything got messed up, (not Test Me DNAs Fault). Fast forward almost a year later, when I got custody and I was finally able to get the testing done myself. Heather listened to my plea and she was understanding, super helpful and accommodated me far more than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Test Me DNA to anyone in the future. Heather is a supervisor at Test Me DNA and she is very thorough with the way that she operates. I appreciated all of the help that she gave me with the paternity test. I have a very unique situation to deal with and she went above and beyond to help the process go smoothly.

We received our results fairly quickly - despite the fact that we sent them in right before a holiday - and, although we aren't scientists, they were easy to read and comprehensive. They confirmed what we were already pretty sure about and we've grown our family significantly since receiving the results. Fortunately, there's enough love to go around!

The representatives were so helpful. Jessica was nothing short of amzing! I called several times and changed my appointment. Everyone I spoke with was friendly.
My sister and I wanted to confirm if we had the same dad. It was positive and we are thrilled! We didn't have to wait long for results and that is so appreciated during a stressful time.

Tests received at the lab on 04/24/23. Today is 05/09/23 and still no results. When we call they tell us the results are processing. Called again today and was told a supervisor would look into it and call back. It is not 5:30pm and we haven’t heard from anyone. Honestly at this point I’m not sure we will ever get the results.

Update. Supervisor did reach out and explain the situation. And we received our results. Happy with the follow up and results. Thank you!

I have been blessed to have found this company. Heather kept me informed and educated with the process. She is patient and sweet. During a time of uncertainty and anxiety she was a call away. Thank you for a nice experience.

I have been looking for my biological parents since I was 18 years old and now I am 65. I am so thankful that today I know my Dad and he is also happy, he didn't know about me until now. So thank-you Heather all of your assistance and kindness. May God Bless Test Me DNA!!

They lie about it being 3-5days for results Im on day 14 & counting no results yet if they are having trouble with one of my samples I believe they should have already sent me out a new test to redo my patience definitely has run out smh I never had this issues with doing dna testing my results always came back that next week I did not expect to be waiting almost a month for results I literally just brought another test and I guarantee those results will be here before TEST ME DNA get back to me with their results this was a horrible experience Im sorry I expected results back in February smh

Needed a legal DNA paternity test. Found Health Testing online. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly associates. Easy scheduling and testing. Fast results.

My daughter who is 49 wanted pictures etc. I had a box filled with stuff pictures papers and handed them over and never thought of the possible consequences. I adopted my half brother at a very young age. She was told the story and the reason why. She started to believe he was my biological child. I used Test Me DNA to hopefully get us past that. All of the associates were awesome, sensitive and understood the anguish I was going through. Heather is a sweetheart and was able and took the time to explain...I also talked to some guys and they really nice. The team understood this can be a touchy situation...they were their sweet caring selves and got me though it. LabCorp is awesome and I use them for all my medical testing. Test Me DNA uses LabCorp as well. THANK YOU

Fast, prompt, professional, with an easy process. Handled my granddaughter with care and that was appreciated as well.

So fast!!!!! I put my order in and before I could even get on with my evening, I had been called by them to fix something I screwed up.

A great experience all around

I was very happy and pleased with the friendliness and compassion with this company. The representative explained everything to me in great detail so I understood the process. I thank you for your professionalism and most of all the compassion you showed me.

I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

The swabs were easy to do, and the results were back quickly. Took a lot of pressure off the adults involved. Thank You Test Me DNA!

Hands down a wonder experience. The test was set up perfectly, I was worried I would mess something up. Easily shipped off and tracking was already provided. I was in edge the whole few days, refreshing my email for results. I was so happy to get a phone call along with and email of the results. The gentleman on the phone was so incredibly sweet while I was in shock over my results I don't even remember the few words I said to him until I could actually process it. Im so very thankful for closing a very stressful chapter of my life. It was worth absolutely every penny. Thank you thank!
