Okay, I have purchased a subscription before they rebranded as Testmu AI, 1 month ago, the same day i have cancelled it as it didn't help me to find the bug I purchased the subscription for. I didn't ask for the refund. And I saw that the subscription was cancelled.
Today one month later I got charged, I cannot cancel my subscription myself. And after contacting the support they tell me that they cannot do anything and ask me to send an email.
Horrible, Don't tie your credit card or you would struggle.

Best app for Mobile app testing. I am using from last 2 year and I have great experience with this tool.

We use testmu AI strictly for manual real device testing for client projects across different regions. The biggest issue has been reliability. Devices show as available in the dashboard, but when we try to start a session we frequently get a “Device not available” error. Sometimes it works after multiple retries, sometimes not at all. We only do Manual testing for our clients, so availability is critical for us.

I can understand occasional capacity constraints, but the frequency, especially for newly launched iPhones and Ultra devices has increased significantly compared to when we started. Free trial also showed so much more.

For a paid service, device uptime is bare minimum.

Janky software. It showed my site's plug-ins were broken in windows pc, yet on my actual windows pc the plug-in were there and working.

I canceled and asked for refund with no response, of course.

Stay away from. You are better off buying the actual devices you want to test on.

I used their mac app to test website in different mobile devices. It worked amazingly well, was able to see the responsiveness of the website in multiple devices at once, saved lot of time to do it in actual devices and more accurate than browser’s inspect view for different resolutions.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience using LambdaTest. I canceled my subscription last year right after receiving the invoice, so I was very surprised to be charged again this year.

When I tried canceling today, the process was extremely confusing and required clicking through multiple unnecessary steps. Even after receiving a “cancellation successful” message, the subscription still appeared as active under “Recurring Products.” I had to go through the entire procedure a second time before it finally showed as canceled.

I contacted support and was told my subscription “is set to cancel,” but the unclear interface and redundant steps made the whole experience frustrating and time-consuming.

Based on this, I cannot recommend LambdaTest. A cancellation process should be transparent and straightforward — this one isn’t.

I was looking for a tool that could manage parallel test execution for my small QA team and this one worked out really well.

The main issue is the speed. Launching a VM for real-time testing takes forever, and once you are actually in a session, the input lag is unbearable—especially on iOS simulators. I’m clicking a button and waiting 3-4 seconds for a response. It makes debugging responsive design issues impossible.

Worse, their local tunnel (UnderPass) is incredibly unstable. It disconnects randomly in the middle of automated CI/CD pipelines, causing false negatives that waste hours of our developers' time. We've reached out to support three times this week, and every time we get a generic copy-paste response asking us to "check our firewall settings" or "clear browser cache," completely ignoring the logs we sent.

We are cancelling our subscription and moving back to BrowserStack. You get what you pay for.

Best tool for tesrting website and Application. From now, no need to purchase any real devices as this tool provide in all of them. Thank you team.

Lambdatest proved super useful to us. We were easily able to test and resolve our production issue affecting our customers on Safari for iOS. Testing using this tool felt like a breeze, better than a real hardware. We are using lambdatest's MCP servers as well that makes it super easy for the agentic llms we use to integrate and generate configs!
