disappointed
Honestly, pretty disappointed with my experience. What should’ve been a simple process turned into way more hassle than it needed to be.
Orders take longer than expected, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on. Every time I contacted support, I got a different answer, which just made things more confusing.
Billing wasn’t very clear either. I wasn’t always sure what I was being charged for, and getting a straight explanation took more effort than it should.
Overall, it just feels unorganized and frustrating, especially considering these are important medical supplies. I expected something much more reliable.
