Sold Outdated Materials, Refused Refund, Then Threatened Me for Filing a Chargeback
I purchased the Google Professional Cloud Architect (PDF & SOFT) package from testpdf.net on May 3, 2026. After reviewing the materials, I discovered the content was significantly outdated â Google's current PCA exam includes four active case studies (Altostrat Media, Cymbal Retail, EHR Healthcare, and KnightMotives Automotive), none of which appeared anywhere in what I received. The question pool was still based on legacy scenarios retired after Google's October 2025 exam update.
I contacted their support five times between May 6 and May 9. Every single reply was the exact same copy-pasted message about pass rates and their refund policy â no one ever actually addressed the content issue I raised.
When I formally requested a refund, they refused, citing a clause that downloaded products are non-refundable. They then offered a "free exchange" â but buried in the terms was a condition that accepting the exchange would permanently waive my right to any future refund. I declined.
I filed a chargeback with my bank. The merchant then sent me an email claiming my credit card would be "blacklisted" if I did not cancel the chargeback and deal with them directly instead. This is false and is a scare tactic designed to pressure customers into dropping legitimate disputes.
My bank reviewed all the evidence and ruled the dispute valid. The full refund has been permanently credited to my account.
Their website advertises "one year free update to match actual exam scenarios." That promise was not kept. If you are preparing for a Google Cloud certification, do not purchase from this vendor. The content is outdated, the support is unresponsive, and they will attempt to intimidate you if you try to get your money back.
