Struggled to locate order reference for registration of kit however Jasper in customer service was able to provide after verifying a few simple details. Great service, would absolutely use again

Tests for you is a total pain, however the representative called Daniel was a total star and was able to correct all the details that the website was unable to upload so for Daniel I give 5* however the website is a pain!

Daniel has really helped with the queries we’ve had when having trouble with the online portal.

Did not receive the test package booking reference through sms so called service center and got it straight away from Daniel.

We ordered Day 2- Lateral Flow Tests from Tests4You. They arrived promptly and we used the codes to complete the PLF prior to our return to the UK.

Once back and trying to register the tests we experienced some problems so telephoned the company. We spoke to a representative called 'Andrew'. He carefully and patiently talked us through the on-line process until we had completed it. He promised to process our tests quickly, to e-mail our certificated and check we had received them. He was as good as his word, patiently waiting till I found his e-mails in our junk folders. We were very impressed with his highest possible level of customer service.

Had a code missing and telephoned. Great service spoke to a real person straight away. His name was Ash and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

I couldn’t locate my booking code for my Government locator form so contacted customer service for help. Spoke to Ash who was really helpful and tracked down the number for me whilst on the phone and confirmed in a follow up email to me

The website for registering and uploading documents definitely has some technical issues. I have used the service twice and the site is not user friendly. For example one has to populate the test to release details even when not using test to release.
However, the customer service is excellent. Jasper helped me by phone and email and the issue was resolved within minutes. He could not have been more helpful.

Competitively priced. Form a bit arduous but Andrew v helpful.
