I had done business with this company a few times without a problem. This last time they sent me the shipping label and instead of the regular UPS label, they went the cheapest route I guess and went with USPS. I did everything I normally did. I took the pictures of the products I was sending and Sent them to Sunny Medical. I took the package to the post office and waited as usual. A few days later, I tracked the package and apparently the USPS lost the package. Sunny Medical supposedly paid for priority mail does said package. I went to the post office, I filed a claim with the post office and when I asked sunny Medical what they plan on doing, they basically said NOTHING. Actually, they ignored my messages for 2 days and then responded with no solution. Now because of them, I'm out $190 and no supplies Had they let me know that it wasn't insured I would have bought my own insurance. You would think a company would have some kind of plan for things like this.

I have to say I'm very very impressed with the professionalism, and thoughoughness of the company, I will absolutly deal with them and I encourage anyone wanting to sell thier extra Diabetic supplies, to use them to help.
