Schoenen zien goed uit en voldoen perfect
Schoenen zijn zoals verwacht en zien er goed uit. Pasvorm (iets breder) is perfect voor mij.
De hulp bij het vinden van de juiste maat (foto van je voet) werkt goed.

Teva customer service dreadful
Teva customer service dreadful. Warranty - almost meaningless. I received some shoes and one had a faulty insertion of the strap into the sole. I contacted Teva who sai send 4 photos in separate emails. I did this - 10 days later no response. Contacted Teva who always take 48 hours to reply. They said they hadn’t received the photos (I have email confirmation). Requested to send 4 separate emails again with photos. I did this and waited for the response another day or two. Reply - pictures not big enough send again. So I sent 4 separate emails with photos for the third time. Response - accepted warranty claim but said return the shoes and when we receive them we will respond in about 10 days - but the model you have is now out of stock. I kept them in the end. Just posting here so people know what to expect with warranty claims.

Ik kreeg een bericht dat mijn schoenen zijn bezord bestnr: EU15481721e. WERDLER G.J. BORKHOVENSTRAAT 12 9728VK GRONINGEN 06 22943686
Echter werden ze niet op mijn adres bezorgd terwijl ik wel thuis was maar in het bericht stonf groni gen.nl martini zonder aders. Bij mij in de buurt is het martinizieken huis maar daar wisten ze van niets. Waar zijn mijn schoene Graag opheldering?

The item has not been delivered
The item has not been delivered, despite Teva's email claiming that it has been. I received an email saying the item would be delivered yesterday in the middle of the day, and then another saying it had been delivered around 7.30pm, when I was out - but there is no sign of the item. I am very disappointed.

Rabattcode hat nicht funktioniert!
Die Teva Sandalen von meiner ersten Online-Bestellung sind gut, hat alles geklappt. Aber bei der 2.Bestellung konnte ich den Rabattcode von 10 % nicht abziehen, da habe ich die 2. Bestellung abgebrochen.
