Likely a scam. Took my money, no shoes, no refund. For weeks now, everyday I get an email that says they are going to deliver the shoes today. Nothing is ever delivered. I emailed a couple of times asking to cancel and refund, but no response.

Still not received product, nor got update about status

I did not even receive the package. Shiprocket didn't even call me or came to the location for delivery and kept saying that I was unreachable. Pathetic experience

the order i placed never reached me. At first the support team was friendly and tried to help, but now after reaching out multiple times to ask the whereabouts of my order/ a refund, they have stopped replying.

Sizing issue. There is no option of exchanging sneakers because of sizing. I left my request to return on the same day as delivery but I have not heard back from the company.

First time I got my order one item was missing and I thought now I have to do follow up for missing item to convince them and get refund or item. But they responded and sorted out and delivered the item.

The shape of the shoes is great. Terrible packaging.

Didn't work for me. I have almost flat feet and a health condition . I felt climbing slopes made my leg joints and muscles ache more than before. Had to go back to crocs.

Worst customer service in existence.
Thaely doesn't even have a exchange policy forget return, if I'm ordering shoes online and your website doesn't have a proper measuring scale chart, what am I supposed to do? Would love to exchange shoes for the size which I do want and can wear but no. So much bs about sustainability. What am I to do with these shoes now?

Ordered the shoes as a gift and i literally used chatgpt to see if the size I'm ordering is correct so couldn't wait around to ask and wait for an email to be answered to.
Expected better from you. Highly disappointed and Would not recommended anyone to buy if they want to support a retarded brand.

Delivery not received

I have still not received the delivery. Incorrect information was conveyed to you that recipient was not available. I had also provided alternate contact number, however the item is still not delivered to me.

As usual ordered two boots - Ofcourse was unavailable . But a refund was made For the second pair despite being told it’s packed and ready no sign of it or a refund.

Loved the design, style n material too

the quality is not up to the mark, and they have a no return policy even if you order a wrong size.
