Fantastic shoes!
It arrived a little late but it was worth the wait as it was more than I expected, the quality and the designs are perfect.
It is so great to be able to support such a good brand, I love your shoes and I cannot wait to order more. Thanks for helping the planet!

I had to wait for over a month for the sneakers to arrive. When they finally did, I had to pay over 50 euros for import duties, even though the website states that they're free. Because of this, I had to refuse the delivery at the door. Whether I'll get my money back remains uncertain. So, if you're in the Netherlands, I wouldn't recommend ordering these shoes

Great idea, bad realisation.
I‘m waiting now 3 weeks for 1 pair of shoes and i haven‘t got any shipment confirmation (only order confirmation).
I really like the idea behind those shoes but 3 weeks waiting and no estimated delivery date is a no for me.

Very tough and uncomfortable.

I ordered Cloud White Y2K Pro shoes on February 5th 2024, and it's now March 9th 2024 with no sign of the shoes being shipped. I've sent numerous emails to the sales team, but there's been no response. It's disappointing that there's no other way to contact them. At this point I'm will consider myself lucky to get a refund. These shoes aren't cheap either. Update.. I received the refund.

I was all for their initiative but my god are these shoes the worst. They’re extremely narrow and the plastic they’ve used is so hard it gives my feet blisters.
Waste of money, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The product shipped later than I had initially been told but the company was responsive to email queries and the updated date I was given was met. Delighted with the product itself -- fit, look and comfort is great. Other reviews have said that the sizing was off but I ordered my usual size and have no complaints.

You guys are cheats. You took money from me and did not send the shoes I ordered. After months of writing you emails I suddenly get a mail saying I have requested cancellation! And you have processed the refund. Most unethical!
Btw my order no was 1191. I did a pre order when you launched and now I guess you do not want to supply the shoes at the discount price that you had offered it to me at.

This guys are scammers, I ordered some sneakers in October of LAST YEAR, and they never arrived… been messaging them in all socials and never got a reply, didn’t get my money back as well…. Don’t buy from them

Bestellung von 2 Paar Schuhen am 13.11.2023 gemacht und sofort per Kreditkarte vollständig bezahlt. Es handelte um eine Pre Order mit dem Hinweis, dass die Schuhe bis zum 10. Jänner versendet werden. Dann kam nach mehrmaligen Mails am 11. Jänner die Info, dass es aufgrund der Feiertage eine Verzögerung bei der Lieferung gibt, dass aber mit Hochdruck daran gearbeitet wird. Nun schreiben wir den 5. Februar und es gibt noch immer kein Update zur Lieferung! Bin schon etwas skeptisch und hoffe, es kommt noch eine Lieferung!

Ayer 6 de marzo me envían un correo diciendo que yo he solicitado la cancelación de mi pedido y proceden a cancelarlo y que van a realizar el reembolso.

I love the brand idea. However I ordered a month ago and the order status still says I will recieve an email when they get send out. I red a review where nothing happend after 4 months! Now I‘m really hoping this is not the case with my order… I already contacted the whatsapp customer service and wrote an email but havent got an answer. How else should I contact the company to get any information about my order or at least get my 99€ back?

delivery was good, but the shoe itself is just bad, the hard plastic cap on top of the foot is really uncomfortable/hurting when walking. cant even ride my bike cuz it cuts into my ancle

The shoes are very nice looking, but they are very hard and dig into my ankle. The plastic is super stiff.

My son loves the sneakers & how they're made but they're a bit stiff & require time & wear to break in.
