We have known Prashant as a broker since 2020 through our Estate Agent. Very humble person. Our case was complicated but Prashant went through step by step and well explained. Great experience for buying our first house. Prashant is very knowledgeable and aleays very helpful. He guided us through the process and, albeit we had some concerns for getting the mortgage, he made our dream come true. We also discussed about life insurance products but NHS is slow in providing me with additional tests required by the insurers. Again, amazing service in explaining all products and helping choose the right one for myself.
