No cancellation possible even 5 minutes after replacing order. For any refund you gotta send your order back China which is not cheap and which is at your own cost. Products are not worth getting too, very small books for the price. STAY AWAY

Order never arrived and they have not replied to any follow up emails. Terrible service. A complete scam!

Everything went smoothly and I’m happy this product exists!

The delivery took quite a while but the main issue I have is I bought one book for my mother and one for my father.
The book is quite small first off and when you look at the contents. It’s absolutely shoddy. They have repeated questions everywhere. Such as “how do you like your eggs?” A whole page dedicated to “what’s your shoe size?”. Multiple grammatical errors almost as if they didn’t even bother to use spellcheck on it.
There are questions that take a whole area of the book for simplistic responses. For instance a whole page dedicated to one word answers. Not worth the £20 each I paid for them.
And no option of returning or refund. No ability to contact except for a “submit a message”.
It’s a rip off. Just honestly not worth a penny. Please please stay away. I dare not look at Amazon because but the sound of it, you can get a cheaper version there…..

Buyer beware!
My husband and I received a book each as a gift from our son. I feel terrible that my son was ripped off, and because he was so happy to give them, I dare not tell him.
Do not buy books from here. They are over priced, have multiple typos, and leave far too much space to write a simple one sentence answer. You can get better quality books from Amazon at half the cost.

The book is awesome. But it was a Mother's day present they emailed me they had shipping delays. They just arrived a few days ago.

They sold me this book for 40 dollars and Amazon has it for 10 dollars, they are scammers

It was easy to navigate the site and order. My parents love the idea and the books. They are excited to share their stories. These books are more than just filling in the blanks, it is about keeping memories and stories alive for centuries to come. I feel blessed to still have my parents and for them to be able to share their life and stories. I will be recommending these books to my friends and other family.

I appreciated the updates on my package and it was delivered to my parents in a timely order with tracking and pictures!

The shipment took forever. The book is poor quality, some questions are useless and it happens frequently that the same question is repeated twice. For some silly questions (like "do you have a valid passport") they left an entire page blank and then 3 lines for life-revealing answers (like "describe your perfect day"). I love the idea, but unfortunately this product isn't up to the expectations at all. DON'T BUY IT.

Made my mom cry happy tears and she loved it

They sent me the products I ordered. The book itself is totally crap quality. Meaningless questions, mostly. Completely overpriced SCAM. BUT the WORST thing was that my purchase "opened me a membership for discounts" Nowhere they told that one has to pay for this membership monthly. I only noticed after 8 months that they had been billing me around 26€/month! They don't reply at their customer service and the link to cancel the membership is not working. Having found the "correct" page for canelling memberships, it doesn't recognize my order number. I wonder why! They would profit more if they would write "membership cancelled" and I would just wait until next month another 26€ would diappear from my account. HOAX! BEWARE, DON'T BUY

Amazing gift totally worth the price

Amazing piece of literally historical and precious family history, great quality and arrived perfectly on time. Couldn't be any better. Got one for my parents for Christmas and it was the greatest gift they ever received to date.
The only note is that, once completed, it'll need to be preserved at all costs! Or else precious family memories are at risk.
