What a joy to have found Claire from that health hub! I had been struggling with a weight management issue for over 20 yrs unable to find a practitioner that could help me unlock the key to my long term sustainable health. Claire was not only highly professional but also completely honest & trustworthy. She was so easy to engage with & i immediately felt at ease. I always felt supported & never judged (as I have felt in the past with other services). This is rare in the weight management area. Claire did something that no one else had ever done for me, she designed my hypnotherapy sessions in a completely bespoke and individual way just for me. I also received an MP3 recording of each of my sessions at no extra cost. I feel so reassured that I have it on my phone whenever I need it. I saw amazing progress much sooner than I expected & am now living my life happily & easily reaching my healthy weight goals. I would highly recommend Claire! Thank you so much ðð»
