Jeff was knowledgable, patient, persistent, and friendly. It all made for a stress-free experience during a high stress situation...all without leaving home. He's a great resource and we will be using him again for sure.

I’ve communicated with Jeff a few times over the past 7 years. Each and every time, I ended up not needing him; he ended up giving me an easy work around.

Years ago my friend shared jeff's information with me.
After I was hacked, I texted the number she gave me. In the middle of the night I woke up with his web address going through my mind. I opened my phone, typed in the website and saw that he had appointments available on Sunday. I clicked on a time and went back to sleep. Thank goodness!
He fixed all of it. Again I am soooo grateful!!

Meeting and getting to work with Jeff turned out to be a wonderful gift. Over the years, my wife and I have relied on Jeff to support us with various IT problems/challenges and solutions. Recently, we made the decision to migrate from Windows to an Apple ecosystem. It’s absolutely amazing that Jeff is just as knowledgeable and competent in this space as he is Windows. Jeff has us both up and running on our new MacBooks and we couldn’t be more happy with the experience.

Jeff was quickly responsive, even before our meeting time with suggestions on repairing a bootup issue on my Lenovo computer. He was friendly, understanding and was so nice to work with. I HIGHLY reccomend his service. It is easy to interface with and I fixed my issue with him right away.

Jeff was absolutely phenomenal in helping me solve a really bizarre problem. Somehow, someway, someone was able to install software on my personal laptop that was remotely sending my info and activity to who knows where?! Jeff didn't skip a beat and devoted the next nearly 2 hours to solving this creepy problem. He poured through every conceivable hiding place to make sure the tracking software was gone.
I can't thank, nor recommend Jeff enough for helping me feel safe using my device again. 5/5 all around!

That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker when it comes to getting a computer up and running after it crashes. He did things that I would NEVER have been able to do. My computer suffered a bad crash, and he brought it back like it was a simple thing for him. He has the patience of a saint and will stick with it until it's taken care of. He says he won't charge you if he can't fix the problem, but I can't believe there isn't anything he can't fix.

My computer started acting up and I was getting messages that I had no space for emails. I have numerous accounts some Hotmail and Gmail accounts. I went on the Outlook site, logged in, and just started deleting old files that I had since 2013 to March 23rd at 10:30 everything just stopped. I should note that I use my Hotmail account to read my Hotmail and two Gmail accounts. My storage space was reduced but still no more emails. Time to get Jeff. I set up an appointment and off we went. Two hours later the problem was resolved and I was up and running again. The man knows his s..t - no other way to put it! I have recommended Jeff to others and they all have raved about his skills and tenacity in resolving your problems. I hear the same old stuff about someone getting access to your computer but as I tell them anyone you call will have access to your information. If you want someone who will treat you respectfully and have your satisfaction at hand - Jeff's your guy!

Jeff is competent and professional. I was unable to send or receive email in Outlook on my computer. He created a new Outlook profile and setup the account. This corrected the issue on my computer. He worked very hard to resolve the issue.

I had a great on-line conversation with Jeff. He was so easy to talk to and quickly was able to provide a solution to my problem. I especially was glad that he was able to log into my computer to facilitate the remedy. Jeff was kind, understanding, patient, and competent. The price was reasonable, too. If needed, I will use his service again!

I have been using That Tech Jeff for sometime and there is no way to describe just how wonderful his services are. Competent to an alarming degree and willing to go the extra mile to keep his client happy. I have never had a technician so attentive to my needs. There is nothing I would not trust into his hands. I feel extremely fortunate to have Jeff "on call" to clean up my inevitable messes. You will never find anyone more capable or trustworthy for that matter. Look no further

[people i feel close to you] i am proud to say.. i was born in 1949. jeff is that kind of guy that makes you feel right at home.. when you hit him up. you know this impersonal world that makes us argue with a computer that says.. i am here to help you but.. seems hard of hearing and got you yelling a the top of your voice.. saying i wana talk to a person. this is so called customer service. don't about you but i like [no complication smooth any easy] does me fine. jeff is the guy you call and i would bet my bottom dollar @ least the third of the month just call jeff and he will make sure your computer will pur like a kitten. when you call jeff he is there for you at a great price that i suspect you can afford. trust me take it from tony guys you will be pleased

Jeff is the best. He has helped twice now. I'd say I'm a seasoned user of PCs, but I'm not a tech. I tried everything I knew to fix my problems. Nothing worked. The local repair guys charge $90 to just look at my computer, no extra fee for condescending tone. Jeff's fee structure could not be fairer. Even more important, he understood my issues instantly and resolved them in about 15 minutes – with no condescending tone. Knowing Jeff is out there gives me a wonderful feeling of security around my computer. If a software issue can possibly be fixed, he will fix it.
