I’ve worked with Apple at Thavorn Property on multiple real estate transactions, and every deal has gone smoothly. She’s reliable, organized, and very easy to work with, which makes the whole process stress-free.

She can also handle everything remotely, including paperwork, and closing transactions under power of attorney when I’m not present. That level of trust and execution saves a lot of time.

I recently purchased a condo in Pratumnak with Apple from Thavorn Pattaya Property.

It was my first purchase of an overseas investment property so I was very nervous before I made my decision.
I looked at many rooms and spoke with over 20 different agents.

I will only buy rooms from Apple in the future.
She was the most professional, kind, patient and understanding agent I have worked with in over 10 years of property investment.
She helped me with everything at every stage of the process.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always happy to give me advice and reassure me when it was needed.

Apple has made my dream of living in Thailand one step closer.
Without her I do not think I would have felt comfortable and safe enough to go ahead with the purchase.

I was in Australia when I first saw the condo on line for sale and I contacted Apple for details and more photos of the Condo. She did that plus did a walk through video for me of the unit.
She responded quickly on any questioned I asked.
When I arrived in Jomtien she was so helpful in bringing everything together right up to the settlement and after with helping me signing over the Electricity, Water and Internet into my name.
I would highly recommend Apple to anyone if you are looking to buy Property in Pattaya/Jomtien.

Изначально процесс выбора недвижимости удалённо, вызывал ряд опасений и недопониманий, но благодаря компетентному сопровождению риэлтора Ивана Скалабана, всё стало прозрачно и понятно, все подготовительные этапы: проверки юридической чистоты квартиры и подготовка документов перед сделкой были проведены максимально оперативно. Нам только оставалось участвовать в самой процедуре перехода права собственности в Земельном Департаменте. Также компания занимается Доверительным Управлением недвижимости, и может предложить свои услуги по сдаче недвижимости в аренду, чем мы и воспользовались. Contacted Rinat at the company and had an amazing success. I asked for a 2 bedroom in a certain area to rent for 7 months. Rinat worked hard to find me what i wanted and i am more than pleased. In Pattaya it is hard to find a realestate company to trust but Thavorn is one that helps you get what you need. Very Professional and extremely helpful
