Grichma conducted a thorough examination and a comprehensive assessment of my hearing. The entire process was explained clearly in detail and conducted professionally in a friendly manner.

I went to Edmunds & slater opticians where Grishma Trambacial was the lovely lady who is looking after my partner and I ears. We both have just had to have earring aids. and the treatment we received was second to none. Grishma is a lovely lady to talk to, and she is very good at her job.She puts you at ease, and if you have any questions she is able to answer them. We both would recommend anyone thinking of having an earring test go to Edmunds & Slater in Blaby for the opticians and also an earring test.

My husband only had his hearing aids for a few months before he unfortunately passed away . However it has been possible to hand them on to a friend. Grichma Trambacial, our hearing aid audiologist, has made this possible for a nominal charge for them to be reprogrammed and benefits handed on. Working with local opticians, Edmonds & Slatter, Blaby she provided an excellent sympathetic service both before and after his death.

Absolutely amazing 10/10 would never go anywhere else grichma attention to detail and customer service is unrivalled such a pleasure to deal with.
She made me feel completely at ease in quite a difficult and uncomfortable situation for me cannot speak highly enough of here and the whole experience.

Siddhrah Malik was very professional, informative and caring throughout the whole wax removal procedure. I would highly recommend her and her services to anyone needing this procedure.

Both ears were completely blocked for a few days, THCP Blaby very kindly squeezed me in today (I called this morning) and the Audiologist Grichma expertly unblocked both ears painlessly using high end technology called Microsuction. She was compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable, and understood the procedure. I am delighted to be able to hear again, and will definitely attend for regular checks with the family. I recommended THCP Blaby to everyone! Great team - professional yet friendly. Thankyou once again.

I had an hearing test recently, as I felt my hearing wasn't quite as good as it used to be. So whilst I was attending my scheduled eye test, I was offered a complimentary hearing test. So! I was tested by my audiologist Grichma Trambacial who was extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and causes and the products in question. After my very thorough test. I was told and shown on the computor screen a graph of my results which showed my hearing loss, I tried a sample pair of hearing aids which shown up how much improved my hearing could be. I was offered options and chioce to purchase hearing aids. However I declined to have time to think about it, I was never felt pushed into making any decision. I have since decided to look into NHS options bacause they are free. However I may find there options are not quite as good. Days later I took a call from Grichma just as a follow up, I explained my intentions, Grichma then offered to e-mail me my results to show my doctor.
I appreciate this review might seem long winded, I felt that it warranted a good review, based on a employee going the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer. Which I find is a very rare commodity nowdays.

Had a tinnitus consultation today with grichma at the blaby branch . Very professional throughout was made to feel very welcome . Full hearing test completed she asked lots of question about my symptoms and really tried to help .highly recommend you pay her a visit . Follow up email the same day about what we had discussed .

I attended the Blaby practice of Edmonds and Slatter for a hearing test.The premises are bright, clean and welcoming and I was seen by Grichma Trambaclal.
Grichma was friendly,putting me at ease immediately, and very professional. She explained the tests that were carried out and the results in detail,taking time to answer my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my hearing loss and tinnitus problems and what is needed to improve them.
An excellent service that I would strongly recommend.

Grichma visited my 90-year-old father in his care home in April 2021 and removed the build-up of wax from his ears then. This time (November 2022), even though home visits are now limited by the company, Grichma again said she would come to the care home to see my father. Once more, she has worked her magic and removed the excess wax. She has been very helpful and provided me with updates regarding her visits. I would highly recommend her and the service she provides.

I was seen by Grichma Trambaclal at Edmunds & Slatter in Blaby. I was impressed by how thorough the tests were and her explanations of what she was testing and the results obtained. I felt she was highly competent and very pleasant. There was no pressure from her to make a decision on what to do next. I will, however, go back to see her again for the next step.

Grichma at the Blaby branch has been so helpful with my mother's hearing aids, particularly after she lost one. Grichma dealt with us with great tact and kindness, explaining everything very clearly and being extremely flexible when we had to unexpectedly rearrange appointments. Excellent service had wax removal from both ears on 2 separate visits and then an hearing test all done by a lovely lady called Grichma. She made me very at ease and explained everything that she was doing very comfortably procedure from start to finish would highly recommend this practice.
