The information I received about the hearing aids was honest and easy to understand.
The audiologist explained everything thoroughly and was patient as I learnt how to use the hearing aids. All my questions were answered fully. The hearing aids give great clarity and are very comfortable to wear. I'm no longer struggling to hear what is being said and this makes life more enjoyable.

Tom, the audiologists pleasant approach. Knowledge, understanding ,professionalism. It is rare these days to encounter all of these attributes from one individual. Well done!

Tom Lewis, Audiologist at the Hereford branch, conducted a comprehensive series of tests on my hearing. Tom has friendly, personable and reassuring manner. His professional knowledge and understanding are of the highest order, he is caring, encourages dialogue and is a great communicator.

One of my hearing aids stopped working. I called the local HCP office and was told there was no system for urgent appointments and the next routine appointment was at least a month away. I tried your contact telephone line and a very helpful lady understood my problem and said she would get the local audiologist to contact me asap. Nothing happened. This experience was repeated when I tried your chat room. I therefore contacted the local clinic and insisted I was given an urgent appointment. The audiologist was new and very helpful, agreed the aid was not working and sent both my aids for service/repair. All this time I was using inadequate, old aids. I heard nothing for 10 days when to my surprise the aids were returned to my home by courier for which I am very grateful. This episode was a significant inconvenience. There needs to be a responsive system for such urgent problems.

I had an appointment with Marcus. Throughout the entire consultation he explained everything in detail to me. I felt totally reassured as I knew exactly what was happening.The procedure was done in a calm manner by Marcus and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Had an appointment with Marcus at BBR Hereford, suffering with blocked ears for 2 weeks. He was very friendly, professional, explained everything and made me feel at ease. After the wax was removed, which was painless, could hear again, amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you Marcus.

Marcus was very welcoming, briefed me in and explained his approach. I fly a lot and like most business people now spend hours using AirPods on zoom calls so my hearing was blocked/not good. He sorted my problem and now I am back in play !
