I had not had my hearing checked for many years and when last visiting my optician, I decided to take up the offer of a free hearing test. The whole process was very simple. The audiologist (Sam Jones) explained in a clear and concise way what each piece of equipment was used for and what the results of each component of the test meant. I was very happy with the professional and friendly treatment I had during throughout my appointment.

Sam Jones at Lymm Adcott Opticians gave me am amazing friendly, professional and caring experience. I was put completely at ease during the whole of the appointment. The result was fantastic and very good advice given for future care and maintenance of my ears re wax build up.
