First rate customer care, focus and attention. A premium product that as a first time user, it took me a little while to get used to, but now I would not wish to be without. So glad I took the advice to get on board. Much more comfortable and confident in group conversations where conditions would otherwise be challenging, for example, with high levels of background noise.
