Charged 5 pounds for a paper bag which was crushed on delivery, it was inside a cardboard box so not couriers fault was crushed before packaged. Extremely rude email correspondence from Ana . Will never shop here again, plus tye gold tarot looked orange and tacky have had better jewellery from Temu for pence rather than 29 quid. Avoid

Excellent customer service. Royal Mail delivered my first necklace to a mystery house. I got a quick reply to my email and received a replacement within days.
Good quality necklace and nice packaging. Can't fault them.

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 necklaces which are NOTHING like the photos, one was for myself and another a gift so I was incredibly disappointed. I emailed and they offered me to send back FOC but I explained the one which was a gift I would keep but could I send back the other one and they offered me a £5 refund for sending one back when I paid £29 for both!! Ridiculous! They then refused to let me send one back and said the only way I can get any form of a refund was to send both back. I explained several times this wasn’t a option and they sent the same reply back to me 3 times saying no refund unless both sent back, I now haven’t had a reply since Wednesday and it is now Saturday. Avoid this awful company, using fake imagines and rude unhelpful employees.

Repeatedly asked for support regarding my broken necklace, keeps telling me about "care and guidance" however whenever I ask where it says all this on their website I repeatedly keep getting ignored. So not only are the products made cheaply and poorly, the customer service is also abysmal.

Order a necklace and changed my mind when I saw that the exact same necklace is for sale on Shein for £2 when I paid £23. I returned the necklace only to be told they didn't receive it and they refused to refund. Complete scam company, selling crap from Shein.

Beautiful jewellery and great service. Swift responses to email. I mistakenly thought I hadn’t received an order confirmation email however they resent it immediately - and asked me to check my junk mail … which is where the confirmation was. Jewellery arrived, packaged really well. And they’re quite striking. Had lots of compliments.
