The Shade Hut レビュー

Change of my review - after initial issues, customer service was superb. My issue was resolved and this is the hallmarks of great customer service. Thank you very much, will definitely recommend.

Had a slight problem with my glasses, however Amy shipped out a replacement for me straight away.

The glasses also look and feel amazing.

I had a defect on my shades and the customer service was fairly easy to solve the problem. I have been told an exchange will be processed.

Don’t let the prices fool you! these are seriously good quality glasses for a great price. I’ve bought three pairs now and I’m sure I’ll be buying more in the future 😎

I had a problem with my order due to my own mistake but shade hut made sure it was sorted out and I got my order in time for my holiday really really good customer service

Ordered and delivered very quickly. Great sun glasses, I'm very happy and will be ordering more before the summer.

Ordered 5 pairs again ready for summer , I done the same last year , AND like every summer lost all 5 pairs! These glasses look & feel unreal , but at least I dont have to worry about losing my £700 tom fords . Service, quality is unreal . Honestly best out there . Thank you shade hut 👓

Ordered a a pair of cobras as my friend suggested using the brand and I would highly recommend. Great quality and fast delivery.

I received the glasses and the customer service was very nice.

I had glasses from December. Use them on a holiday still using them now they are absolutely wicked solid for a fraction of the price

Extremely happy with my new clout sunglasses. Excellent quality and purchased at a very reasonable price too. If you’re looking for a new pair of sunglasses and don’t want to break the bank, then look no further than the The Shade Hut.

I ordered the Ibiza Grey Sunglasses for my husband. He loves them & they look great on him.
He is a very happy customer, thank you.

Such cool Sunglasses!
really happy with the quality of the sunglasses we received and we will definitely be back for more

Website states 1-2 days delivery!!! I needed them by 5 days from ordering and 3 weeks down the line my sunglasses still haven’t been delivered. Not wanting to help either on email as they are sending me fake tracking numbers that are invalid on Royal Mail app. WANT A REFUND

Absolutely Fantastic After sales service and care from Amy at Shade Hut. Responded so quickly to my request with clear communication, and so helpful. Great customer service just as it should be. Highly recommend Shade Hut, great glasses too.
Many thanks. Neil
