Been waiting a month for a Jersey. Provided a tracking number and the item sat for a month before being shipped. It’s not hard to have somebody pick up or drop off a delivery. Contacted them and they said they have been having issues for a while. Trying to cancel my order now.

I will never use them again and I recommend you don’t either.

I recently purchased Houston Astros Jersey.
Let me tell you, this quality of material is very very cheap.
I ordered an youth XL and it came as if it was a toddler xl.

I've tried calling and of course the phone number is disconnected.

Do not and I mean do not waist your money on this website.

Shipping took over 1 month and the the jersey did not have the name printed on the back. Customer service was horrible and will not refund or let me return. Please do not use this company

Bought a Green Seahawks 12 jersey. The fabric is not that of anything used for sports. Does not breath. 3 sizes too small. Cheaply made, name lettering off center and the #12 in the front is ripping off straight out of the shipping package. Pure garbage. Don’t buy anything from these people.

I purchased what appeared to be a super cute off both shoulders sweatshirt for my girl. I payed for expedited shipping as well. Product took about 3 weeks to get here even with expedited shipping. Product was nothing like what was advertised. Cheap fabric and in NO way was off the shoulders like advertised. I reached out to request a refund and ship the cheap product back. I was told nothing could be done except 20% off of future sales. $50 wasted on a cheesy product different from advertisement and No customer approval consideration what so ever. Disgusted and ripped off basically. Do not waste your money at this company that does not care about customer satisfaction.

Ordered and got 2d pendant. Can’t see the image almost at all. I rarely reach out to customer service unless product is really poor, which it is. I asked for a refund. They asked for photos, I sent, then they asked for more photos with black bsckgrounds, I sent. Then they asked 3rd time for a variety of photos. Ridiculous stalling and hassling of customer, all my photos clearly show the photo image in necklace is not visible. And I clearly told them I’m not satisfied. I asked again for refund. Finally after venting and going out of my way to show displeasure, they offered to send replacement. I asked if I could switch to small 3d crystal, they charged another $38 for the difference and sent. It was decent but not as good as others I’ve seen. This is an update from original 1-star review which is likely why they finally helped me as the final email they sent was titled customer of 1-star review. Sometimes the only thing that works. My advice, buy from one of those mall kiosks because you can see before you pay.

We recently lost our dog of 13 years. It was my wife dog more than mine. I decided to get her a 3D cube made of the dog. I sent a picture. The service was amazing. Rapidly done and shipped. No issues. Once arrived, it was gorgeous. It was exactly like the picture. My wife cried and was so happy. Thank you

5 stars! I wish I would have been able to see the gift. I had it sent to directly to the grieving spouse. Was so impressed at how quickly they got the order out and delivered.

2nd time ordering and I was not disappointed at all.. I only regret one thing I paid $11 for expedited shipping for a father's day gift and it was still late.. I did not for the 2nd order and it was here quicker 🤔 other than that no complaints 🤗

I am pretty sure I aligned my image centrally but the end product is slightly to one side. It just doesn't look as satisfying as I would have liked.

I bought one for myself and my sister. We both love them! They are very elegant and the perfect thing to wear with his ashes as a reminder.

I was so impressed with Gladys she called me and I called her and she completed the whole task for me and called me the next day to make sure I was happy. The crystal was so beautiful and my friend had just lost her dog and said the picture was so life like and beautiful. Her whole family loved it!! Thank you!!!

Very nice product. Very Quick Turn around time. Lit base is a necessity.
