Delivery took two weeks and the wrong size delivered. Impossible to get hold of the company, have tried multiple times and nothing, phone cuts out and noone responds to emails.

Incredibly disappointed and if I don't receive a refund I will be furious.

The website’s name, claims about “fast delivery” and references to Royal Mail all gave me the impression I was buying from a UK-based retailer. My order took two weeks to arrive, and it certainly wasn’t delivered by Royal Mail.

When I looked into the delays, I discovered that although the website refers to the business being registered and warehoused in the Netherlands, my tracking showed the coat had been dispatched straight from China. Not quite the impression the website gives you! 🙄

The coat itself was extremely disappointing. When it eventually arrived, the material was incredibly thin and cheap, the seams were misaligned, the coat hung incorrectly and the sleeves bunched up around the cuffs. For £46 (or £66, according to their “non-sale” price!), the quality was absolutely disgraceful.

To make matters worse, their tracking email displays an “Excellent 4.7” Trustpilot rating, yet this profile tells a very different story. I’d love to know where that 4.7 rating came from!

The final insult? Customers are expected to pay to return the goods to China, potentially costing up to £25. So you could end up spending a substantial amount of money just to send back a load of rubbish that was nowhere near the quality advertised.

An absolute waste of £46. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering. I would strongly advise others to read the reviews and look beyond the website’s polished, AI-looking presentation before parting with their money! Zero stars!

SCAM website!!
Item ordered on the 5th October, I still not received it or had any emails answered from 'customer' support. The Trust pilot reviews on the website are false!! Do not order from this company.

Do not purchase from this company. Total scam. They claim on their website that they offer 30 days hassle-free returns, yet you have to email them to start a return and have had no reply to any of my emails requesting a return. This is on top of the quality of the product being sub-par compared to the pictures and the item took 2-3 weeks to turn up from the Netherlands.

Beware ...I paid Sept for shirt...now mid Oct..no shirt....no email replies...I imagine I have LOST my money... Avoid these rogues...

Poor quality items from China, worse than Temu. Shipping takes forever & virtually no return options. Shop pretends to be upmarket UK shop which it is not. Beware!

Buyer beware! They make it next to impossible to return items, they're emails bounce back and phone disconnects.

Their customer service is appalling. The website claims their returns process to be “hassle free” but the reality is they do all they can to prevent returns or full refunds of unwanted items. The return address is China so they lean on the fact that postage will be costly for the customer to return items & instead offer minimal part refunds - 10% raised to 20% as a final offer - to avoid giving a full refund or paying the postage label cost for the customer.
I bought a pair of winter walking boots, which took ages to arrive. They cost me £45. The boots don’t fit me. Their website states to email support to request they advise of the return & refund process - which I duly did. I had no response from the online request so emailed direct & had to chase several times. When they finally replied I was asked to send them my foot measurements so they could check if the size of the boots I’d ordered really were too small for me, based on the size guide listed on the website! As a customer I have a right to return my goods for a refund which I continued to request. They then proceeded to offer the partial refund amounts so I could avoid the returns postage cost! The boots cost me £45 - so a 20% refund is £9!!
Everything about this company is misleading - starting with the name, because they are in no way associated with or based in London!

COMPLETE SCAM AVOID
As stated in other reviews, this company has a fake trust pilot score on their website.
Items arrived, two pairs of joggers, unbelievably poor quality, just not as described at all.
The contact email and phone number on their site are also fake.
I doubt i will be able to get any money back, they seem to make it almost impossible.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Thea London and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of wide-leg trousers but received a completely different product – cropped, narrow-leg trousers that looked nothing like the ones advertised on their website.

Despite the mistake being entirely theirs, the company insisted that my only option for a full refund was to return the incorrect item to China at my own expense!

After more than a week of exchanging emails and trying to resolve the issue, they eventually offered me a 30% refund, meaning I would still lose 70% of my money for an item I never ordered!

Why should a customer be financially penalised for a company's mistake?

Their returns policy is misleading, their customer service is appalling, and their proposed resolution is completely unacceptable.

This whole experience feels like a scam. I paid for a product I did not receive, and instead of taking responsibility, the company expects me to bear the cost of their error.

I am sharing my experience to warn other potential customers. Avoid Thea London and save yourself the money, frustration and hassle!

Comes directly from China and very poor quality and too small. They do not respond to emails to return the items. I’ve been totally scammed by them! Their trust pilot score on their site is completely fake!
I have reported to my bank to hopefully get my money back.

Everything you read is true !! very poor quality , shipped from abroad , no response to any emails and contact email address isnt contactable.

I’m absolutely raging, I paid over £100 for clothes I in good faith thought were from a London based company. The website showed 4.7 trustpilot score (fraudulently) this has now been removed. The postage stated royal mail so I didn’t expect it to be from anywhere but the UK.
No where was China mentioned. When I didn’t receive the order after a week I tracked it and found out it was coming from China, if I’d wanted tat I’d have gone to temu and paid a fraction of the cost. I’ve reached out to customer services and been ignored completely and the email addresses on the website don’t work at all. I’ve not received an order and I don’t want it from China anyway. Terrible fake company. I have reported the fake, deceptive nature of the website to my bank. Avoid at all costs

AVOID! The product was rubbish it was quite expensive arrived on time ish but over 2 week delivery ( thought it was coming from London hence the name deceiving!!) £25 for returns :o I emailed twice for help with refund with no reply. No surprises there :/

Ordered a pair of shoes. When they arrived they were terrible quality and not as advertised, even appearance-wise. I requested a refund by email and via their website, three times in all, but they have ignored me. DON'T USE THEM.

I wish these reviews were written earlier as I always go on trustpilot before buying anything.
I received my dress 1 week ago.
Nothing like the description or photograph.
And like others I was offered 10% refund and to keep the dress.

It’s very poor quality
I want to return it but get the emails saying you can keep it for a 10% discount on your next order because it will cost me a lot of money to return it. I am guessing that’s going to be China. Poor quality and absolutely zero customer quality service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The item is described on the website as cotton and description says it is soft blend cotton. It isn't. The label shows it to be polyester. Indeed I didnt really need to check the label to ascertain that. I emailed and pointed this out and asked to return item and get a refund. Eventual response was keep item as international returns can be expensive(obviously to China!) and get a 10% refund of total price paid. I couldn't be bothered with it all in the end and declined the (£2.60) refund. I'll just put this one down to experience.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. The number or email doesn't work and I even messaged using their inbox and haven't received a response in weeks. Lost out on £58! This website is a scam and the jackets are too small, large is not large! Large is a small!
