Good communication, staff who collected car professional and cheerful. Good standard of work

Excellent communication throughout my repair, kept me up to date during the whole process. Very minor problem with realignment of my drivers door which was rectified within 48 hrs. Car looks great.

Accident Repair Hub have done a wonderful job on my car. I had a minor accident having reversed into a post causing damage to my bumper and hatch door. Just collected my car and it’s all repaired and beautifully clean inside and out. Thank you

I was kept well informed about when my repair would take place. My car was collected by them and issued with a courtesy car. After the repair was completed I was pleased to find they had done an excellent job. Also they returned my car cleaned inside and out. I thought their service was really good. The staff very helpful I would definitely recommend them

Awful communication, promise of call backs never materialised.
Six different delivery dates, with no explanation, had to do all the calling to find out what was going on.
Surely this was easy to correct, but went on right up to the day before delivery.

From 1st contact to final completion, found all staff friendly and informative.
The repair was very good, could not find any fault at all. The car was returned in a clean condition.

Terrible customer service

Totally useless. Basically sat on the case and did nothing for 3 and a half weeks leaving me with no courtesy car which I later discovered I was entitled to. Had to threaten legal action in order to get them to pull their finger out and actually do something. Every time I called them up they just fobbed me off.
