Very good with communication and accident handled very professionally. Work completed looks good

It took slightly longer than expected but it was worth the wait in the end.
They did a very good job fixing the damage on my car. I am very happy with the end result and Katie was very professional.

I can’t thank the team enough for how helpful, understanding and welcoming they were after my car accident. It was already such a stressful time, but from the moment my car was with them, everyone I came into contact with was so friendly, reassuring and professional.

A special mention to Katie, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions and really helped to put my mind at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed. Her communication and kindness made such a difference.

Fred was also fantastic when he carried out a quick repair and paint job on my car. He was friendly, helpful and did a great job.

Every member of staff I dealt with was welcoming and genuinely seemed to care. The whole experience was made so much easier because of the team, and I’m really grateful for all their help.

It did take 6 weeks before the car was taken in for repair, but everything went smoothly and only took 2 weeks. A bit disappointed that the car came back dirty though!

My car was booked in here through the insurance company.
They have done a fabulous job on the repair, the car was returned to me having been washed and looks beautiful, the communication was great and their receptionist is lovely, efficient, very helpful and really great to deal with. No idea on cost because it was an insurance repair, but certainly highly recommend them on everything else.

I will only say what a joke of a company and they had my car 3 months ago.
Fitted my car with not genuine parts and sent it back to me with nothing fitting correctly on the car . There's more but these comments give enogh information to say don't let insurance companies let your car go there .

They kept me updated on the progress. They discovered more damage to my vehicle than initially thought, so are very thorough. The staff were very pleasant and helpful answering any questions. Always phoned back when they missed a call from me. A very high standard.

The guys who picked up the car were great. I could have done with more info about the delay (calibration company taking Friday off) but all good now. The car looks wonderful thanks!

Recently had my Seat Arona repaired by ARH - customer service was excellent throughout. Great communication and especially lovely were the drivers collecting and dropping off. Credit to the company being the face to face represenratives. Would highly recommend!

From initial contact to delivery back to my residence the company were excellent- receptionist very helpful &polite with booking & answering my questions- really great that the company arrived to pick up my car& deliver the courtesy cat
