Friendly staff, answer phone quickly. Good sens of humour of staff :)

Recently had my Seat Arona repaired by ARH - customer service was excellent throughout. Great communication and especially lovely were the drivers collecting and dropping off. Credit to the company being the face to face represenratives. Would highly recommend!

From initial contact to delivery back to my residence the company were excellent- receptionist very helpful &polite with booking & answering my questions- really great that the company arrived to pick up my car& deliver the courtesy cat

The repair took 2.5 months and I'm not happy with the alignment of the panels at the rear of teh car.

They made a good job of my repair and done this in a timely manner.

The vehicle was returned with very poor workmanship
Fixings where missing from the bumper and trims
The paintwork had parts missing over spray and paint runs

The workmanship is way below standard and may even be dangerous due to fixings being missing

Company kept me up to date with the repair status and were always courteous and professional. My car was returned cleaned and as soon as possible once all repairs were completed.

Easy to understand they explained it to me so that I could know what was going on and where and when the car was taken.

Farnham were too busy to do the repair quickly so car went to Emsworth, which was not a problem for me. However, when car was returned no additional diesel had been put in the car which effectively meant I'd paid for the transportation fuel costs at a time when pump price is very high

Do not use this company. Took my car to another repair shop without my or the insurance company's permission. Then extorted cash out of me to pay for the petrol to get my car back. Never contacted me to tell me what the repair on my car was going to be and have never apologised for causing a number of faults which the main dealer had to resolve. Car was returned with crap sticking right through the paintwork and had to go back twice to repaint the car again.

No one has ever apologised to me directly or even contacted me to explain why my car was removed from the authorised location let alone compensated me for any of the issues. I have not ever heard why my car had to go back twice to fix issues which should have been immediately picked up by anyone with eyesight in a QA check.

My car was collected at the expected time and returned five days later having been repaired well within the ten days quoted.
On inspection the bodywork repair appears to be excellent with the car restored to pre-accident condition!

Quick in responding to email, create an estimate and collect the van. Quick repair. Lovely and competent customer service (thanks Katie C.!)

The process was made very easy by helpful and efficient staff. Timings worked well and the vehicle looked like a new car on its return. I was kept informed of the progress of work.

Friendly service and excellent repair job. You could never tell there was ever a scratch on the door in the first place.

Bodywork was good but mainly the girls in customer service were amazing
