Fantastic experience with The Advice Room. Carl McGurk was extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, was always on hand to answer questions, and took a lot of the stress out of what could have been a complicated process. I felt completely confident and well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend Carl and The Advice Room!

From the very start I found The Advice Room and in particular Carl McQuirk, to go over and beyond just hand holding though the entire sales process for SSH. He introduced me to people who could support me on tax advice and also taking care of conveyancing. The entire journey has been professional, courteous and stress free.

Carl has made my first property investment hassle free. He is open and honest and has had my back every step of the way. He fought my corner when things got tricky (no fault of his) and made sure I was getting the best deal available. I look forward to working with him on purchase number two.

I honestly can’t recommend The Advice Room highly enough. From the very beginning, the level of support and care I received was exceptional.
What stood out most was how approachable and genuinely invested they were in helping me. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever I had a question or needed clarification, the response was incredibly quick. Having someone who actually takes the time to understand your situation and explain things properly made a huge difference.
Their knowledge is also outstanding. They were able to take what initially felt like a complicated and stressful situation and make it feel much more manageable. I always felt that I was being given honest, professional advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.
