Being charged to a subscription that I had cancelled. I was only able to communicate by text. There is no phone number to call to speak with a customer respresentative. This site sucks!

Quality filters. Arrived on time - good price. Highly recommended

Friendly, helpful, quick delivery and very competitively priced. What's not to like? Will definitely use again.

Ordered on 24th, order note says 30th (Email trail says otherwise). Emailed to chase the order (No reply).

Took two weeks to arrive and when arrived they are poor quality and two different filters (Not advertised).

Will find another provider.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I had to return an order because it was not the right one, having spent over 25% of the price of the order on shipping costs.

It has been a nightmare. And will have to report a fraude to the police because they don’t even answer my email.

They even asked me for my bank account details for a transfer, which is very unusual, alleging it would be faster. 10 days later, and multiple contact attempts, I am still waiting for my money and no word from The Air Shop.

Absolutely ridiculous, but what to expect from a company that stores its products in a regular storage place, like a regular person rather than a company?

I received two different filters instead of a pair of the same ones for my Vent-Axia. The quality of the filters is not great. Customer service never got back to me.

Bought replacement filters for Vent-Axia MVHR. They were despatched promptly and came with a useful little card describing the different sorts of filters available and how to fit them. Great service - I recommended The Air Shop to my neighbours.

These guys are great. I bought the design package. Joe was very helpful navigating around a tricky retrofit project. In the end the cost came out half of what I had been quoted elsewhere.

Ordered some replacement filters for my MVHR and had a bit of a delay due to a system issue. They were super quick to respond to my email though, and got the order sent out promptly after that. Also received extensive support and advice from the team regarding how to correctly install my filters, which was very much appreciated. Really happy - great service!

Ordered on 5th, claimed dispatch on 6th. Chased on 13th as no delivery but no reply received. Arrived 18th. Will try another company for my purchase next time.
