Absolutely shocking ! Stay well clear . Ryan was due to help me on mon and tues this week. Car problems mon, said he will be here Tues, then tells me his vehicle is having a rebuild to the engine. Said his car will be done by tomorrow!! Really ?? A rebuild ! I’ve asked for a refund to which he’s making me wait till he can do a “bank roll” on Monday. Keeps saying he will come next mon and tues but it’s too late for me. I have no idea whether I will get back my £500 .

Ryan and his team were exceptional! I cannot thank Ryan and Paul enough for doing what I needed them to do. I felt I was in safe hands from start to finish and would trust them for any job! Thank you so much and if you are thinking of using TAG then please do not hesitate!! 11/10! Thank you! P

I got in contact with Ryan, the director when I needed some help finding out some information. He gave me some really honest advice and he advised me the best way to go about it. Because of his honesty and professionalism he actually didn’t get any work out of it but I would always use this company in the future. Amazing and did a amazing job, just what I needed

Ryan was honestly unbelievable, so kind and so reassuring when I hired him to find my husband and partner of 15 years, cheating. We spoke throughout the day and he was giving me live updates. Now I can finally move on with my life and focus on my kids! My husband crumbled when I showed him :)

I hired the alert group because I was suspicious of my husbands cheating but he never told me the truth and I knew he was up to something . Well what can I say, the service I received from these guys was outstanding. They were professional, courteous and so reassuring.
They found out that I was being deceived by my partner at the time with my sister, without their professionalism I would have been left second guessing. I have truly dodged a bullet because of this great team and am in such a happy place and back to the person I was before everything kicked off.
