Ross is our go to plumber since we moved to our new flat. He has installed our water softener, and since then has also done the maintenance of it. Recently he installed our filter and as always we could not be happier. He is tidy and very knowledgeable, always explains what he is doing and is a message away whenever we have questions . Good person, always with a smile in his face. We definetly recommend his services.

We’ve been working with Ross for years ever since he helped installed our water softener, and provide servicing. As he’s a plumber by profession we also asked him to do plumbing-related works occasionally. Recently we just asked for his help of reinstallation of hard water back as we have a new born that’s not suitable to drink softened water, while also asking him to fix our external drain system. Really nice chap and a hard working man. Also reasonable price of his service. Will continue working with him.

Ross has serviced and repaired my water softener for a few years now, and has always done an excellent job each time. He is always very friendly and helpful and always on time. Very reasonable price too. Wouldn’t use anyone else but Aquagenius. Highly recommended.
