Noel was very understanding and flexible on repayment terms after we fell in to arrears due to covid.
He was very helpful and allowed us an affordable payment plan.

Hannah has been very supportive in helping me manage my customer account with Arch Co.

We've had a good experience with the Arch Co, they have been very responsive to any questions we have had about our rent, and have sent over statements and breakdowns whenever we asked. We are especially thankful to Noel for always answering our calls :)

Absolutely cowboys. Completely incompetent. I would very very wary of any of the 5 star reviews here as they ask you to review them very early on when you’re brand new and just setting up your lease. I just signed my lease with ArchCo on May 1st 2026, since then I’ve been hit with service charges that were never mentioned in the lease signing process. Without any proper invoicing they are collecting service charges via direct debit. My rent came out 5 days too early for June, as a new business this was detrimental. They are disorganised and incompetent.

I’d like to specifically thank Hannah. She continues to go above and beyond and makes me feel like an individual rather than a client. I can’t thank her enough

I love my little arch. The perfect space for a small business that craves a bit of uniqueness.

I'm especially impressed with my POC, Jeremy Williams, who is absolutely fantastic, working around the clock to guarantee I have everything I need.

I especially think the 90 day guarantee is a fantastic service and great reassurance for any new tennant. There were a few teething issues with the property when I first moved in and every issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

The 6month break clause is very unusual and a great asset to the Arch Co. This is my first time renting a property and at first this was a huge selling point for me. Now I am all settled in, I can't imagine being anywhere else, but it definitely gave me the push of confidence I needed to go for it!

All round, a fab company to rent from and I am so happy I secured my little arch when I did!

Mr Paul Donneky our property manager , has just come back to us , after a spell away on other properties , for over ten years hes looked after our property, Level Crossing House , station Road Wadborough ,.always found him to be polite and knows his job , and never let our family down . we have lived here 51 years now and very pleased that Paul is back with us

Fast and "on it" service with quick replies for a quick turnaround and move in. Overall great to work with.

If you have the mobile number of the staff member, they're really great - helpful and pragmatic. If you go through the call centre, it's a bit of a different story - seems pretty inefficient, the teams aren't very knowledgeable and it feels very procedural and not user friendly. My four stars (which would in fairness be five, were it not for the customer centre) are for the staff who throughout my experience have been excellent.

Very easy to work with, polite, friendly and always responsive.

Just want to say a big thanks to Robert Taylor for his help. I was struggling with my electric due to being disconnected, Robert helped me. So many thanks Robert.

Id like to positively review Hannah Adenji and Samantha Parkin for their amazing customer service and advice when I cane across a problem regarding the lease of a property I was responsible for. I truly recommend them for anyone who is worried about any problems they have regarding their lease.

I've only had positive experiences with Cecily here. We've rented one space from them and the process was simple and they've been really great landlords since. Cecily in particular is a star!
