I have had a truly wonderful experience with ARDANT. There were some hiccups along the way, but everything was handled in a kind and efficient way by customer service. Quality and care would make me recommend ARDANT to everyone.

I’m obsessed with these earrings! I bought two pairs, they came in adorable packaging, and arrived quite quickly! The earrings are super comfortable, I haven’t taken them out since I got them.

I’ve been wearing my Ardant earrings daily for nearly a year and absolutely love them. They’re beautiful, comfortable, and have become pieces I rarely take off.

I recently noticed an issue with the finish on one earring and reached out to Ardant. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. Jessica was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely listened to my concerns. After reviewing the issue, Ardant offered to replace the affected earring, which I already greatly appreciated.

When my replacement arrived, I was genuinely surprised to discover that they had sent me an entirely new pair rather than just the single earring I was expecting. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely exceeded my expectations.

Meghan, Jessica, Olivia, and the entire Ardant team made me feel like a valued customer rather than simply another order number. It’s rare to find a company that creates such beautiful jewelry and stands behind the customer experience with this level of care.

I already loved Ardant’s jewelry, but this experience made me appreciate the company even more. Beautiful pieces and truly outstanding customer service. I’ll absolutely continue shopping with them.

I was REALLY skeptical but ended up buying these earrings as a “last resort” and based off of the many promising reviews that seemed similar to my situation. My ears had become so sensitive and prone to infection any time that I would wear earrings, I was fearful of losing my holes for good. I had tried piercing studs, genuine solid gold from a high end local jeweler, nickel-free, even recommendations from friends and others of jewelry brands they all swore worked. Nothing worked for me. After passing Ardant up numerous times, I decided I had nothing else to lose and ordered 3 pairs. I was reluctant, but thought that perhaps the unique non-back design coupled with good quality material might win out and make a difference. And boy has it ever!! I am sooo relieved and excited to report that THESE WORK!! I waited weeks to write this review because I wanted to be absolutely certain, but there has been no irritation, no redness, no swelling, and no pain! Don’t be fooled by the knock-off companies that are out there either. This company (Ardant) is legit and I truly believe they take great care and pride in the items that they offer. If you are in a similar situation as I, don’t hesitate in giving these earrings a try!

When I first received my earrings, I was having trouble getting them into the existing holes in my earlobes. I emailed Customer Service to let them know how happy I was to receive my beautiful earrings and included the issue I was having. Within 2 hours I had a reply from Dianne with some easy-to-follow suggestions on how to get the insertion correct. When I wrote back with my thanks, I received a very fast reply from Jessica with a link to an insertion and adjustment video which did the trick! I was able to get the earring into my ears! They look just as beautiful & sparkly as I first saw them online.
I can't say enough about the gorgeous items, but more importantly, the EXCELLENT quality & caring Customer Service these ladies have provided. I'll be sharing my story & the website with everyone I can!! Thank Dianne & Jessica for your support!

I forgot I haven’t received my order, not until Miss Leonie, Ardant founder, asked me if I liked my new earrings. From there, I told her I haven’t received my earrings yet. Customer service team quickly responded and sent me a replacement order. Ardant customer service team is PHENOMENAL!!! They are all friendly and knowledgeable. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new earrings!!! Giving them 5 out of 5 stars! For both the Ardant customer service team, and the Ardant earrings! ✨🌟💫

They were absolutely phenomenal with customer service helping me retrieve my package and the earrings have not disappointed me. I even shower with them and worked out in them. I do sweat a lot (pro athlete) and they are still thriving

I was worried at frist. These earrings are great. No backs to keep up with and I have worn them in the shower may times. I love them and will order more very soon.

I purchased 3 sets of earring from Ardant and I had issues with a pair. I contacted Customer Support who were soo nice and supportive they assisted me so quickly and would send me updates on how my case was going. Definitely will be buying again! When I purchased the no back hoops I was recovering from surgery so I was laying back a majority of time. These were so comfortable and never felt like they were pinching me. Very comfy!

Ardant's earrings are low-quality and poorly designed. I had a pair of Stay Close hoops that snapped after less than a year of regular wear. I reached out to Customer Support to try and resolve the issue, and they insisted that I did not handle the earrings "gently" enough and refused to replace them. They offered me a 20% discount to buy another pair. What a scam. Low durability is a business model for them. Don't fall for it. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I love the look and ease so much!! Especially as someone who has decreased feeling in my hands and fingers… these were so easy to put in. My only issue is that my hair does catch on them, and that is probably also because my piercing extend up my ear. Overall I am loving these and already purchased another set of three to complete my entire ear in ARDANT ease and beauty!!!

I absolutely love this brand and these earrings. I ordered and received them quickly and immediately put them in my ears. They have stayed in my ears since. I love the low maintenance of them and the high quality and beauty of them.

I can now leave them in as long as I want without any sensitivity. I have 3 piercings in each ear, and I haven't worn earrings in two of them for a couple years. I purchased 3 pairs of Ardant hoops, put all 6 earrings in at the same time and though my ears were a little sore at first, I've had them in for several days now with no sensitivity!

Ardant's earrings are the most comfortable I've ever worn! So easy to insert and they stay in place even while sleeping.

I wanted secure earrings that I didn’t have to remove and finally found them with Ardent. The bubble hoop earrings are perfect. I don’t even realize I have them on and do not feel them at all when sleeping. The clasp feels secure. Highly recommend!
