The team at the Art Buddha are second to none. From the minute you sign up they are always on hand to help and guide you through a difficult journey. They go above and beyond with their services out of hours. From a user perspective they are amazing and offer the best advice and counselling because they genuinely care and will do everything to make sure you find your way.

Where do I start thanks to wal and the arty Buddha I now have my family back.
He helped my husband through addiction but not only that overhauled his mindset he’s now so positive and has so many life goals thanks to this man. Amber Hall has been training with the Arty Buddah. Her Yoga class based at one Fitness gym have been an absolute game changer for me . I can feel an improvement in my flexibility already and at 64 with some historic non gym injuries, and aches from powerlifting that's a big bonus. Amber demonstrates the stretches really well and reminds us of breathing techniques throughout. The session is just brilliant, the time goes fast and the meditation section really helps switch off the stresses of the day . I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and had the best sleep ever last night. Amber is warm, friendly, approachable and extremely helpful . She puts us all at our ease and the sessions are different and very enjoyable each week. Highly recommend 😊😊

I can't speak highly enough of wall at the Arty Buddha, I have battled with addiction for 20 years and tried everything I could think of to stop but couldn't !! Since using the AVRT technique with wall I have got my life back and living a life I should have been living, I can't thank him enough as I don't know where I would be if I hadn't found wall. Wall is knowledgeable, passionate, caring and makes it so easy to talk to him. If your struggling with addiction and don't know where to turn I can't urge you enough to get in touch with wall. I'm so grateful i did 🙏

I Have been working with The Arty Buddha Team for the past few months and the results have really been life changing. At the start of my journey I was struggling with a lot of personal issues, as well as lacking confidence and direction in my life. Now I am much more resilient and I am in a happy, positive headspace and making great changes in my life. I can’t wait to continue my journey and can not recommend The Arty Buddha enough.

I couldn’t recommend a better person than Wal to help change your mindset. I’ve had three lots of counselling and CBT over the years and nothing has worked as well as sessions with Wal. I’ve never felt more happy and positive and content in my life and could already see a change in myself after just 4 sessions. He’s such a genuine and caring person, he makes it so easy to talk to him about anything. Starting sessions with Wal is one of the best things I’ve done.

Wal helped me in recovering from addiction but that's where it ends, be careful with his attempts to improve other areas of your life with the same approach. He paints a picture of being perfect at everything from regulation of emotions to parenting and promises to make you that too if only you do everything he says, some if which is just bonkers. After several contradictions of himself and being shouted at for engaging with thoughts that go against his views and method when I was already in a fragile state, I cut ties with this man he is not a medical professional but claims to know better. Please take caution in engaging with this man I felt like I was going crazy in the end.

I went to see wal after a long period of being sad and down , it was effecting my personal life as well as work. Within a few sessions I could feel a massive weight being lifted off of me. I know have a different look on life and a friend for life with wal . I owe him a lot

5 months ago my life was going nowhere I had a problem that I always went back too which I had done for over 30 years. This is when I reached out to Wal as I know I needed help as it wasn’t just going to go away. I was 100% adamant I wanted to get rid of my addictions once and for all this I thought was an impossible task. Five months on and I’ve never felt better Wal gave me the tools and knowledge that I needed to overcome my addictions. Ive started doing things I would never have the time for as I would be in a never ending cycle of anxiety and despair. With Wal I’ve not only cracked my addictions I’ve found a friend for life and I will be keeping Wal as my life coach for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this man he is unbelievable.

I met wal over 2 years ago My life was out of control I didn't know whether I was coming or going My mental health drug and Alcohol was out of controlIt was like that for over 15 years had been to see numerous councillorsTo which none of their methods seem to work for me When I met wal He put things into perspective for me I couldn't work out why I was doing certain things in my life why I kept going back to things That was making me miserable And with wal he talks she threw everything Put things into perspective for you the way you understand And doesn't just fob you off And he will not let you leave until used together have solved the problem My head never felt so clear I always walked away after speaking to Wal like a Wait had been lifted off my shoulders And the clearest head that I have had in years This man is an absolute Miracle worker one of the best I'm with the purest heart Thanks wal forever grateful

Wal is truly inspirational. I spent 20 years seeing different Councillors and even tried AA without success and then found The Arty Bhudda 2 years ago and have never looked back. There’s no reason to be apprehensive before your first session (as I was) because he puts you at ease and relaxed from the first moment you meet him. I am really grateful for what Wal has helped me achieve and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone. A truly wonderful man and Mentor.

Wal is an amazing man with coaching qualities that are second to none. I've known him for about a year now and during this time he's used his skills and experience within the field of addiction recovery to help me turn my life around. He's truly the only person throughout many years of seeing counsellors and experiencing addiction recovery services, who has been able to really see inside me and drill down to the root of the problem, in order for me to start fixing things.Wal is honest, friendly, committed and leads by example.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any kind of coaching or therapy issues as his passion and experience are unrivalled!

Wal has all the answers but he doesn’t just give them away. Instead, he challenges you to dig deep, question everything you’ve become conditioned to believe about yourself, your habits and the world around you and look at everything from a new perspective. And that’s why what he does works.

I’d always been quite a self critical person and over the last few years especially, I’d started to doubt myself to the point that I was in constant turmoil - I was emotional all of the time, I’d question every decision I made and I genuinely felt like I had lost control of my thoughts.

During my first session with Wal I had an actual lightbulb moment; after working through some positive and negative traits and looking at how they come across in different situations, I realised that my emotions were mine to control and no one else’s. I realised that every reaction and every thought pattern I had was a choice and that was powerful.

For a long time I’d been comfortable in blaming other people and circumstances for how I was feeling and that’s why nothing had ever changed. But when you realise that every single one of your thoughts has the power to change your life, it becomes incredibly difficult not to make a conscious decision to think and act differently!

Now, whenever an intrusive thought comes into my head I break it down, l rationalise it and I put it to bed. These thoughts have gone from being present every hour of every day to being few and far between, usually when I’m feeling run down or tired, and now that I’m aware I can shut them off before they take hold.

My reactions aren’t perfect all of the time but they are getting better! What I genuinely love now is that I recognise straight away when I’ve reached badly which gives me the chance to change my thought process there and then so I’m not dragging any negativity forward with me.

I can honestly say that my whole outlook has changed after meeting Wal and my life is getting better and better by the day. Wal helped me re-realise my worth and now I’m more selective about where I place my energy which helps me stay focused on my own goals and happiness. I’m kinder to myself, more thankful for what I have and most of all, I’m excited about what is on its way to me.

Whatever you need help with, I have no doubt that Wal is the man for the job. He is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met in my life and his light is truly infectious. Knowing Wal makes you want to be better, so if you’ve been thinking about reaching out, do it - I promise you won’t regret it!

As soon as I met Wal, I knew that he was special and if there was anyone who could help my 25 year old son regain control of his life - it was him. My son was a mess - addicted to alcohol and drugs and on a downward spiral of self-loathing and self-destruction. Wal seemed to immediately get the measure of my son and was able to cut through all the crap! Wal is such a great role model and mentor and is helping my son to rebuild his confidence and shattered self esteem. He is kind and caring but won’t take any messing either! I’m so grateful to Wal for the energy and commitment he has put in to helping my son and the support and guidance he has given me too. We are very proud of our son who - with the help of Wal - has worked desperately hard to rebuild his life. He has been sober for several months now, has a full time job, is training for a half marathon and plays football three times a week. He’s happy and positive and it’s just lovely to have this new and improved version of our son back. I can’t thank you enough Wal for appearing in our lives just when we needed you most! We, as a whole family, will be forever grateful to you! 🙏
