Thank you for great experience you guys provided!

I bought 3 tickets to take my daughter and granddaughter to see the show Annie in June 2026. Unfortunately she received tickets for the same show for Christmas. I thought the Theatre Royal would be sympathetic and swap one lot of tickets for a credit note and I was very surprised when they refused. I think it was extremely mean spirited of them. I spend a lot of money going to the theatre - more than I can comfortably afford now there are no concessions for children and OAPs - and I support the theatre by being a member but I won't bother again when it's time to renew my membership.

As a wheelchair user i always go to new places with some trepidation, however i shouldn't have worried at all.
All the staff we encountered were brilliant, helpful but respectful, kind but not intrusive. My wife and I had a fantastic evening watching Black Sabbath the Ballet and it was a truly great experience. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service throughout with affordable prices for both shows and drinks. Been going to this theatre for years since 2000s with my family. Highly recommend. Last visit was 26th Feb 2025 and will be back again soon.

Had an issue with the booking insurance and the members of the box office team went to great lengths to help me pursue my claim. I don't think I have ever found such amazing customer service. Impressive in every department. 5*

Someone brought a baby !!! Utterly ruined the performance. They should have to sit on an end of isle seat!!! Ruined

Saw the musical Six at the Theatre Royal Plymouth this evening. Very impressed with the show, the production team, staff and the theatre. Great night out and great production of unusual but interesting musical.

Bought two tickets some time ago and because of my wife’s health we booked insurance. If I had been told at the time I would never have book the insurance. They even want a note off my wife’s doctor never heard such ridiculous nonsense in my life. I have now read on the booking protect review page, if you have 2 tickets and only 1 person is ill the second person is not covered, even though they have to transport first one to the hospital. I think the theatre should have a bit of responsibility for this under no circumstances was this pointed out to me
