Absolutely amazing company they work with you to make sure that your personal life takes a priority they constantly offer deals and ways to save. They don’t pressure you into spending money if you say that you can’t. They are a far cry from Amazon who at every step wanted money and asked me to do the voiceover work for an audio book then pay them 5,000 to make said audiobook, knowing my background is in video and audio production and that I’d edit the Audio myself. Amazon was a typical greedy company bt authors point has been amazing and worked with me every step of the way

I have had a great experience with this company as a whole. The team is amazing, patient with the process, and patient with me, the author. The support is so professional on all levels. I would highly recommend this team for all your publishing needs. They really do care about the author and the process!

My first time working with any kind of publisher. I was very wary, but I decided to make the investment. The editing process has been a wonderful experience so far. We are 1/4 through a 350 page mystery thriller. I'm impressed. The book cover design seems to follow my written expression of what I would like to see. I'll keep this brief, but I wouldn't go any place else to get my book done these people are the epitome of great customer service, I'm a stickler for customer service. These guys are banging it out of the ballpark I really appreciate their patience with me and I look forward to doing my next few books with them

I was very clear from the outset that I had a strict deadline for my book to be completed in time for a major event. The Authors Point initially stated the process would take 6–8 weeks, but the timeline stretched far beyond that, which meant I missed my chance to order author copies and set up essential promotional materials in time for the expo. That was a major disappointment.

While I did love the final book cover they created based on my concept, and the Basecamp chat tool made communication easy, I was frustrated by repeated upselling efforts — including extra charges for things I had already declined, like additional images for my book.

If timing hadn’t been so crucial, I likely wouldn’t have felt so let down. But given how much was riding on this, and the assurances I was given at the start, I expected better.

All aspects of our agreement for the publication of my book "I Am Looking for Me" were fulfilled and met my expectations. The team was patient and thorough, taking the time to explain details and provide clarifications when needed. They were a pleasure to work with—especially Marc W., whose excellent leadership and support made the process smooth.

Marc Winston was the Project Manager who handle my book, He was great all the way through, quick to respond and knowledgeable.

The audiobook market is growing by leaps and bounds. People who don't have time to read a book, may find time to listen to the audio version while doing other things, driving, for example. Having published many books, I needed a reliable source to convert some of them to audio. Currently Author's Point is doing a satisfactory job of the first one, albeit we seem to be behind schedule somewhat. Notwithstanding, the narrator has been doing a great job, and Jeniffer has also been very helpful to bring me up to speed on technicalities, and, as a bonus, she responds to my queries the same day -- thank you Jennifer 🙂.

I have full trust in your team doing a fantastic job of publishing my audiobooks. I’m looking forward to seeing the fourth audiobook coming out soon. It has been a year and a half; yet they have not sold a single book. They peppered me with promises and positive forecasts, drained my funds, and never delivered in terms of sales. I am patiently waiting for some kind of progress.

I am grateful to have worked with professional people, they have guided me through out the whole process with patients, because I am new at this, they are easy to work with and if you have a questions they are there to answer and explain it to you. I have only had a few months personal experience with This publisher. We got off to a rocky start but that was largely due to my lack of computer savvy. I have been especially pleased with Abraham’s responses and Fiona Clark’s diligence. I have no criticism.
