I was part of the Fertility and Conception Programme and I can honestly say Kshamta is truly incredible. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care, patience and a deep commitment to understanding my individual journey.

I took part in Kshamta's Ayurvedic spring cleanse and it was really good.

Kshamta provided lots of information, materials, receipes and guidance which really made the journey feel safe and comfortable.

I had been thinking of doing a cleanse for a while and when I came across this one it felt really well structured and organised and I could really see Kshamta's passion for the subject.

After the cleanse I've also been able to adapt my lifestyle and diet to keep in line with my health and wellbeing goals.

I first approached Kshanta last year sometimes as was seeking general better wellbeing and followed her one month programme and advice which was great. After a few months gap I approached her again towards the end of the year and I started on a 3month wellbeing programme with her which has been amazing. She is so so easy to approach and always there to answer any questions. Her advice for lifestyle changes are so useful, manageable and realistic. Her programme notes and recipes are super useful to have. Most importantly I am really enjoying this 3 month programme and feel a lot better. Great Ayurvedic herbal skin and hair products. Freshly prepared with intention and authentic knowledge. As I have been dedicatededly using the products for over 2 years now I find it harder to know and say how my hair and skin would be without these but I am nowhere near changing my products. 🙏🏽

This time, the Ubtan exfoliating powder. So gentle yet skin so soft after first try. Smells gorgeous, loved the tin it arrived in. I used the lid for mixing the powder into a paste. Using these products feels so luxurious and wholesome. Highly recommended. 🙏

I had pcos problems for longer time and dr suggestion was to take daily medication which is what I wanted to avoid so my sister suggested to consult Kshmta and try Ayurvedic.
I did consultation with her and suggested remedies where results were better for getting periods on time. So now I am having periods almost every month on time but her goal is always to resolve issue completely through ayurvedic way which takes time as she mention of first consultation. She takes time with you and always explains in details and answers questions.
