The office is always really hot, they have always run late and the owner is beyond rude. Much better service at ultrasound direct with really nice and helpful staff. I was a patient and have visited you two times. Seems like your records are a mess as well. This is a REAL review from a (once pregnant) now a mother who came to you during a time of need and was treated so poorly, I felt it was only right to warn others. Treat your customers better. I have MUCH better things to do with my time than write fake reviews. Conclude all you want to make yourself feel better, also I’m not sure how you can request information from me if you don’t have a record of me visiting…

We have accessed this service twice in the past 6 months and on both occasions we were extremely impressed.

Terrible customer service. I still don't have my results from the NIPT test that I did 2 weeks ago (which also cost £400) and they are ignoring my calls and emails. Do not spend your money or time at this company!!!

Great service, I had Shradha Amin for my express gender scan. She went above and beyond, explaining all organs for reassurance (which wasn’t part of my package) very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Highly recommend! This was my 3rd visit to the baby scan studio and it never fails on service :)

The clinic staff are so friendly and so helpful and the appointments run on time. Cathy was my sonographer today, and she was so lovely and talked through everything and answered any questions we had - she was brilliant!

Me and my husband came here for our 7 week scan and our gender scan. Both times we were given a very warm welcome by the receptionist and sonopgrapher. Both scans were very well explained. Definitely reccomnned.

I am completely horrified with the baby scan studio in Marlow.
I had my scan and was told I would receive a text with pictures and videos, it materialized that they actually sent my private scan pictures and videos to the wrong number and then couldn't recover the videos. I had to text a stranger to ask them for my pictures and videos because the staff were not willing to help. Further more I sent an email explaining this and all they could say is they would investigate still no apology for the horrific experience I encountered and no offer to rectify the issues.
Seems to me it's run by children who have zero professional approach when coming to a customer complaint and how best to handle it.

I would not reccomend the baby studio Marlow! Save yourself the 89 pounds.

We had an amazing experience at the baby scan studio with Jo. It was not rushed and we had time to fully take in the experience of getting to see our baby for the first time. The NHS is amazing but as they are under a lot of time pressures they can not always give you the time you would like for that experience. I would 100% recommend them and we are planning to go again.

Once again had a fantastic experience at BabyScanUK in Nelson! Staff there are always so lovely and helpful, Rachel scanned me today and she was fantastic! I was relaxed, there was no rushing or stress, and the room was so spacious and comfortable for my family. Thank you so much, will definitely be returning!

I had been worried about a niggle under my right rib for sometime.
I saw Catherine, explained my concerns as she knew I was very anxious. She happily spoke to me throughout the appointment and reassured me there was nothing to worry about and everything was fine.
I honestly can’t thank Catherine enough for being so patient and kind.
Results and scan photos same day via a link and piece of mind for me

An overwhelmingly positive experience. Natalie was exceptional, she explained this perfectly, made everything really clear and enjoyable too. She even went above and beyond to check a few things out for me and was just so so lovely. Would highly recommend!
The only thing slightly negative is that I haven’t received an email with a link to view the images yet but I know when I call they will rectify it straight away.

Very professional staff relaxed and beautiful installations and very welcoming environment. We made the growth scan to reassured us our baby was fine and all information was clear and detailed.
