Excellent Customer Service
I had waited months for the Picopresso Pressure Guage to become available on the Wacaco website to no avail. After searching for third party dealers I finally found one that claimed to have it in stock. I thought it was too good to be true and was initially skeptical that it might be a scam. I reached out on Christmas Eve (from the US where I am) and was promptly replied to by Liam, the company's founder. Not only did he he reply to me on what was Christmas Day for him, but he assured me that the guage was in stock and that he could get it to me before mid-January. I received it today, January 6th, all the way from Australia. Excellent customer service and a great first impression.
