I love this scent. The shop is reputable, the shipping is fast.

My perfume came in a broken bottle. I only received a credit of 5 euros for it.

We feel compelled to share that this was a 2ml fragrance sample that arrived damaged, not a bottle, but as a goodwill gesture we offered to refund of 5 Euro for the sample.
Please rest assured that we pride ourselves on delivering the very best service we can, and if something goes wrong with your order we will divide and conquer to put it right.
