I had an incredible experience at the big shuttle event! The attention to detail was outstanding - they decorated the bus with bachelorette decor, creating a fun and festive atmosphere without me even asking. Colleen, our driver, was an absolute gem; her warmth and kindness elevated the entire experience. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable journey filled with laughter and joy. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. I booked at the last minute because we came up with the idea of renting a party bus the night before. I got on Google and found The Big Event as the first advertising service and went with it. At first, I was a little sketched out because once I communicated with David, he explained the process and that I would have to pay everything upfront. He was super friendly and met me near my work, discussed the contract with me, and answered all my questions. I paid them right then and there and trusted him without even knowing him. Tony, the driver, ran a little late, but he called to let me know he was on his way. I received such fantastic service, and it was a memorable experience for all my friends. Everyone was impressed I could pull this off in just one day and with such excellent service from the driver and his wife. The service was offered in the Coachella Valley for four hours, and it was most definitely worth it. I highly recommend them.

Great experience working with Big Event Shuttle! We needed a 30 passenger party bus for our Palm Springs wedding somewhat last minute and David was super helpful in coordinating that. He was very communicative and the driver he connected us with was on top of it as well. Our wedding day ran incredibly soon, a huge part from the transportation being perfect! Highly recommend David & this company :)

So I had a super last minute need for a party bus to a show 2 hours away. Everyone I had called told me they couldn't help but Big Event was not only willing to help me, they were able to get me what I needed in my price range.
