We received our order ok

We received our order ok, but I have emailed them twice with a query and received no response.
I couldn't find a phone number for them.
The query was regarding the coloured stones- the colour rubs off when the stones are wet, so I wanted to know how long the colour will last as they are obviously out in all weathers.
