I read this company’s good reviews & was confident they were Reliable.Ordered electric recliner sofa, which was delivered when I was abroad. When I inspected it on my return,a very noticeable tear on bk of corner section,I contacted company & sent them pics of damaged section,They said it wasn’t like that when they set it up,and had photos to prove this,I expected to receive photos of an undamaged sofa, but didn’t receive any pics,It hasn’t been burned & has obviously been bashed in transit,They blocked me on fb & WhatsApp,And that is it?£1100 for a sofa isn’t expensive,But i still expected to purchase a undamaged sofa.delighted with quality of sofa, disappointing customer service,So be careful
