Despite the reviews I actually had a really good experience with the blue space, Louise from customer service was super helpful.

Never again will I use The Blue Space. False advertising, fake delivery dates and incorrect items received was my experience. From the very beginning they were promising first order discounts and promotional bonus items that never eventuated. Delivery was advertised as 3-10 days and it took 4 weeks for the items to arrive only to be missing items and containing items I never ordered. The tracking noted my order was not even received by the courier company until 11 days post my order. All up it took 5 weeks for my order of numerous small items to be completed which delayed trades I had lined up. When I tried to follow up my order after a couple of weeks, I was promised a quick response but heard nothing back until I contacted again. I would not use this middle man company even if the products were free.

The business struggle with timely communication. I have purchased over $5k of plumbing equipment and expected to have delivery (as per their delivery policy) between 4-8 business days. I followed them up at day 6 (no communication had been received) to which I was advised that one item (a basin plug waste) that would not be available for another 6 weeks, and that my order would be held until then! I am now awaiting confirmation that my order is being shipped urgently without the basin waste. To date, no communication from the courier has been received confirming delivery in the coming days. I now need to amend 3 trades until after Christmas (no bathroom or laundry until then).

Buyer beware - they list products as in stock and only weeks later after your order was placed and you chase up what’s going on they say there’s no stock of certain items, and provide useless empty email replies which don’t address anything to do with when the order will be fulfilled. To add insult, they will try to claim you ordered an out of stock item, shifting the blame to you. It’s now almost a month after placing the order and seemingly zero progress has been made. At this stage the process of being a customer of this company is indistinguishable from being scammed by some type of phishing operation.
