Excellent service from Bryan and his team. Managed to fit us in for a boiler service the next day. The gentleman who arrived to carry out the service was polite and professional. Very competitive price too.

This company is the best we've been able to find in Glasgow area. Andy and his team have been absolutely brilliant. The process of getting an appointment, then a quote, to then getting the new boiler fitted was all straightforward and professional.

There are so many companies out there, but to have a company like this that you can absolutely trust for the quality of work and efficiency is a great relief. We've used this company for 2 boiler installations (in a flat and a house) and they have always given us honest and transparent advice about the process and the work that it entailed!

So very pleased with all parts of the process. We needed a boiler service, plus also some radiators removed and a kitchen tap swapped over. All staff involved very helpful, professional, friendly and polite. Andy did the initial quote and gave me expert advice about my plans. Calum did a clean, cheerful, efficient job and was a pleasure to have working in my home. Paul and Bryan kept the office paperwork ticking over and Paul was very helpful by phone and email. Can't recommend them enough. I thought the charges were very reasonable for the service and expertise involved.

I organised the Boiler Repairman from overseas for my tenants. The communication was great and easy, the work was done promptly and the price very fair. He serviced an electric boiler for me then returned to add a jacket to assist with energy-saving for the flat and my tenants. I would recommend and will use again.

This is the 2nd year that I have used this company for my annual gas service and will definitely use them in the future. I got an email to remind me that it was almost a year since my previous service, which was great as I’d totally forgotten! Very friendly on the phone when arranging the appointment which was planned for the following week. Engineer arrived promptly and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. The gas certificate and bill were emailed to me the same day and payment was easy via my banking app. Would definitely recommend The Boiler Repair Man.

I called for a boiler service mid week and got a slot between 10am-12pm the following Monday. Brian arrived just after 10am which had me surprised as I’m used to these kind of appointments being late! Brian was very friendly and professional and boiler was sorted quickly and efficiently. Payment was also great as it was done online and could use my banking app which is ideal during the pandemic! Would thoroughly recommend.

The Boiler Repair Man came out to carry out a service on my boiler and fix the temperature dial on one of my radiators. The service delivered was excellent. The workers arrived on both occasions on time and were friendly, efficient and highly skilled in their practice. Organising payment was also very efficient as the invoice was emailed to me immediately following completion of work with payment details included and I paid using my online banking app. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The team replied to me email right away and were out the next day. Fast and professional service, got my flat ready to let and certification over the same day. Highly recommended!

Sandy arrived bang on 08.00. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was going to do. Sandy put dust sheets down everywhere he was working and left no mess.
I would recomend this company to my friends and family.

I requested a service of a combi boiler. An initial inspection identified a serious issue with it. Paul sourced parts and the repair was done two workdays later. The work was done quickly within the agreed time slot. Sandy the repairman was friendly and kept me fully informed about all work being done. I am very happy with this service and would recommend them.

We contacted this service convinced that we would need to replace the boiler, but Andy and his colleague Neil came out at short notice, ordered the necessary parts and returned the following day to fix the problems. I should say that they went above and beyond by coming at the end of their day on a Friday to make sure that we had hot water before the weekend. They were honest, friendly, reasonable, polite, kind and ultimately saved us from making an unexpected boiler purchase. We know that because of the age of the boiler we will probably need to replace it in a couple of years time and when we do decide to do this, we will absolutely go to The Boiler Repair Man. In the meantime we will make sure we get our boiler serviced with this company and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about using them.
